A lot of mosquitoes and bugs but that is due to the fact that Ella is a forest and not much can be done by the property owners. Maybe if they could arrange those insect catching lamps it would be goof

We enjoyed our stay very much, the view from the room is very impressiv! We had a very nice breakfast on our balcony and the hosts are so lovely. The bed and room was comfortable and everything was clean. It is situated a little bit up the mountain and it is a nice walk down to the town who takes you maybe 15 minutes. To go back we took a tuk tuk.

Wonderful view over Mount Ella and the surroundings of Ella. The owners and staff are lovely and helpful. Slightly out of town, up high, so it’s cool and quiet.

The owner was lovely, so welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The most amazing thing about the stay was the view, overlooking the stunning green of Ella. Absolutely unreal! Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice and lots of food for two people. we also had a few local visitors during breakfast - monkeys, who made the stay entertaining as well as relaxing. I would recommend and definitely stay here again.

The view is phenomenal!! had a few storms and amazing watching the mist and lightning from our bed! looked forward to breakfast on the terrace family were so kind and helpful.

Everything! Nayomi and her family were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay in Ella. They recommended all sorts of places to see and where to eat. Breathtaking views from the balcony where we had breakfast in the morning. Also great location for after dinner walks in the nature. Special thank you for my birthday cake, you guys really made my day! :) Nayomi, we wish you all the succes in the future!

We stayed at the Glorious Nature Inn for 2 nights. We were greeted very friendly and it was very clean you felt right at home. The room with balcony and bathroom was very large. It was directly organized by the accommodation a scooter which worked great. We can recommend this accommodation to everyone!

we loved the room and the shower very big and spacious! the sun rise in the morning is just magnificent!! it is a must book! the family was also amazing! there are monkeys everywhere but they simply mind the business :)

there was not much we did not like about the stay

the view was insanely gorgeous, we couldn’t believe how beautiful it was. the man running it was very nice and welcoming and helped us with all our travel needs. It’s just a simple little place, nothing fancy but if you’re just looking for a great view and a comfortable bed and good service then I definitely recommend this place. the breakfast in the morning is nice.

it is down a steep hill and cars can’t go down there so if you are hard of walking I don’t recommend.

- The view of the balcony and we saw monkeys. - Also "Sumanasekara" the guy who works there is very friendly and helpful, he did his best to make our accommodation better. - breakfast was good.

- Accessibilty to the hotel is very hard from the main road. - Far from everything. - the room we stayed in on the ground floor "i think it was room 2" was not clean at all and it was full of bugs

Very comfortable room with an incredible view. Waking up and having breakfast overlooking the hills around Ella with monkeys and birds in the trees. Room was very clean and modern.

You’ll need a tuktuk to get to Ella for dinner or do a serious hike back up the hill

I spent three peaceful days surrounded by nature at this beautiful little homestay perched on the hill in Ella. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the views from the balcony (and even from the bathroom!) are simply breathtaking. The breakfast is generous, fresh, and varied, and the bed was the comfiest I've had in a month in Sri Lanka! If you work remotely like I do, rest assured that the WiFi is strong, more than enough to work and even for video calls. The hosts made sure that I had all that I needed, first via WhatsApp before I even arrived in Ella, and also during my entire stay. I can highly recommend Glorious Nature for a beautiful stay in Ella.

Super awesome host. They were extremely friendly and helpful and kind. Super awesome view. Sunrise and night view is perfect in this location. WiFi is strong and fast. Able to complete most basic task without issue.

Overall is clean. But perhaps due to cold weather, certain things start to deteriorate.

Beautiful sunrise with a wonderful view straight from the bed. Lovely hosts who helped me out when I needed medical attention for a minor incident.

Extraordinary views. Very helpful and friendly staff/owner. Good breakfast. Organised a really friendly and knowledgeable tuk tuk driver for sightseeing who spoke great English (maybe a little pricey - but on petrol quotas, so this may be why).

A long walk uphill from town and tuk tuks expensive. However anything closer to town had poorer views. Also a very steep walk down/up to the guest house, not good for those who are unfit.
