Think this is the 3rd time we have stayed at Steve’s property. Steve’s condo never disappoints. It’s a high end two level condo in a fantastic location on Main St. Steve makes sure everything is in top shape and there is everything you could possibly need in the condo for an outstanding stay. Everything is documented in a guide and Steve keeps in touch to make sure all is good with your stay. Every time you go Steve has updated something or added some nice new touches, like lip balms & travel size sun tan lotions.
Tons of good eating/drinking options all in walking distance on Main St/Park Ave.
Butchers Chop house restaurant/bar in the same building as the condo is one of our favorite places for dinner. Flying Sumo right next door does great sushi. Twisted Fern restaurant (1.3 miles away) is another new favorite for us.
Alpine Distilling Bar (Main St & 4th) does the best cocktails/mixed drinks by far. It has a high end speakeasy type vibe for adults. They make their own award winning liquor.
Do the Park City walking Ghost tour on Main St with Borf, there are quite a few spooky stories to enjoy.
Take a trip to Deer Valley and visit the Brasserie at St Regis hotel for some outside eating/drinking under the heaters enjoying the view. Riding the funicular up to the St Regis was fun with unbelievable views.

The condo was super nice with any amenity you would need. We were in PC with friends for 60th birthdays (Skyline class of ‘82). We had so much fun! Weather was amazing too. We can’t wait to come back to Utah again.

First, this is the cleanest, most organized, best equipped, best located VRBO we have ever stayed at. Steve has done an amazing job making the experience absolutely flawless. This was the perfect property for our family of 6! The location was great (we loved going to Atticus for coffee and the Bridge Cafe for breakfast- both only steps away)! We only needed our car to drive to activities, otherwise we could walk everywhere. The kids had a blast playing pool and every amenity we needed was available in the condo. Thank you for thinking of every detail. Would absolutely come back again, and highly recommend this rental!

This place is a perfect location on Main Street! It's situated in an area that is close enough to walk to multiple restaurants and bars, but far enough away to be peaceful. The property itself was amazing- very clean and a great amenities!

This condo is amazing! Truly the best stocked kitchen I have ever stayed in. And the location you just can’t beat. Our host was very responsive and even helped us solve the problem of where to park the Sprinter Van that wouldn’t fit in the parking garage. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Fun summer trip with teen/adult children. Very clean and great location. Kitchen was nice and spacious. Staff was very friendly and responsive to inquiries. Had everything we needed and a pool table! So fun!

The condo is awesome. We visited over Memorial Day, so didn't ski, but the city left is right outside the door of the complex--could not be closer. The unit is new and clean and well appointed. Two large bedrooms on the top floor and a smaller one on the bottom floor. Plenty of common space. Owner was very communicative. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our stay at this Vrbo! It was a perfect location for ski in/ski out, shopping, bus route, etc. We have stayed at many VRBOs across the country and this one had the best stocked kitchen ever. We cooked every meal at the condo and it was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent space, amenities, location and owner. We enjoyed every minute transitioning to and from skiing/dinner/nightlife. Hope to stay here again on my next visit. If there was anything I could change, it would be a larger bed in the first floor bedroom. Otherwise, absolutely perfect.

We needed a condo on Main Street and found Steve's unit. It read perfectly for what we needed with respect to location, amenities and quality of lodging; and what we found when we checked in was that the unit over-delivered on our expectations across the board. There is nothing that Steve hasn't thought of for comfort, convenience and style. We wish we could have stayed for a few more days. Steve was an excellent host, with questions answered attentively and timely. This unit is a 10+++. Looking forward to the next time Steve.

Loved our stay. Far exceeded any other rentals we have stayed in. Property was very clean and comfortable, bedding and linens were all high quality, kitchen was stocked with surprising amount of basic pantry items and great kitchenware (such as an instant pot, breville toaster oven, and lots of high end glassware/dish ware), and the location on Main St and at the bottom of the Town Lift was superb. The ski locker downstairs is more of a small broom closet shared with the entire building, which was fine because there weren’t too many other skiers staying there, but it was not a large enough ski locker for storing boots/helmets/etc. The only major issue we ran into was finding EV charging for our car. The listing mentions EV charging in the garage, but 2 days into our stay we found out that none of the chargers in the entire building are currently functional. The Caledonian front desk staff verified this information. We spent the morning researching other charge options and moving the car to another paid garage with EV charging that cost $30, walking back, and sadly lost out on 2 hours of skiing on the most beautiful blue bird morning all week. Otherwise, our stay was seamless and our family of 5 was extremely comfortable and had a great time. We would absolutely book again.

For our annual father-son trip we were looking for someplace special. 214 Caledonian exceeded all expectations. The location is ideal for ski-in/out, the beds and linens were comfortable, the hot-tub and pool table were fantastic for after-ski relaxation and the condo is outfitted for the best possible guest experience. Thank you Steve for being such a wonderful host. We loved your place and hope to return next year.

My family of 6 plus my mother-in-law all gave this place 2 thumbs up for location, for comfort, for cleanliness, for luxury, and for all the fun it was to ski, then sit in the hot tub and play many games of pool. This is an amazing place and so well taken care of that as soon as you walk in, it feels like home. Or nicer than home!

Let me start by saying this was our favorite ski vacation - mainly because this VRBO was perfection. We were a family of 6 (3 adult couples). The ski-in/ski-out could not have been easier. We had the convenience of the town lift right outside the condo doors, and we were also in the middle of the downtown shops and restaurants. The condo had everything we needed, plus the wonderful hot tub to complete the day. The beds were so comfortable, kitchen was easy to cook in. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Park City.

We had a mini-family reunion with 5 adults in this beautiful condo in August. Everything in the condo is high-end and incredibly comfortable. However, our favorite part was the location. Just walk out the building and you are on Main St. Park City. We enjoyed the restaurants and Park Silly Sunday (the street is closed to traffic). We had an easy drive to the Sundance area for a good 7 mile hike. It was the perfect weekend. Thank you for the hospitality!
