We had a great stay at this location. Very easy access to the beach. Went to 3 golf courses within 15 - 25 minute drives. Several eating options close by. Enjoyed the family room set-up with multiple recliners! Occasionally, we would hear the owners walking above us, but did not consider it a big deal. Had a great stay despite cooler than normal temps! Thanks

We loved the easy access to the beach and went for several walks with the dog during our stay. The property was very comfortable with everything we needed.

Exterior is very pretty, the interior, very ‘90’s. Owners live over the rental & woke us up just by walking heavily overhead every morning. The bathroom sink was stopped up and the tub has dirty adhesive in the bottom. The posted rules in the hall did not exactly match rules in description on line.

We were in Fernandina Beach to meet other family members and celebrate my husband’s 91st birthday and Grandson’s birthday. Had a great time. Place was very comfortable. Property owners were so responsive. Sent a neighbor over to help us get in. He even went home and got a battery for the door key pad. We will come back. Access to beach was so easy

I was looking to surprise my wife for her birthday with a stay in Amelia Island, Fernandia Beach. Our catch was finding a place that was dog friendly.
This place was perfect and as it said was only about 50 steps to the dunes and the beach and an easy ride into downtown Fernandia . Everything was as advertised, and we had no issues. Judy and Jim were very gracious hosts, and we would definitely stay here again. As an aside, we loved the town with its, many stores' restaurants and things to do. Great Florida Staycation!

You can't beat the location - so close to the beautiful beach! Our family of four appreciated the clean and perfectly sized accommodation. There are so many activities available, and great places to eat close by.

This is just an all around great rental that has everything you need. Well stocked, wonderful location and great hosts. 2nd time here and already planning when we will be back (was hoping for fall but too many others thought the same thing!!) Thanks for a lovely stay, Jim and Judy. It made for a fantastic week away.

This property is literally steps away from the beach and you can hear the ocean from the deck. Very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of games and nice TV. Beds are comfortable. Hoses to rinse off from the beach are available. Owners are on the upper level and you will see them, but they just want to make sure that you don't need anything. They are very friendly/accomodating and not intrusive at all. The beach itself is very family and dog friendly, clean, and beautiful. I would recommend staying here!

The apartment is clean and well kept. I was pleasantly surprised to see the comfort of the living room and porch. We were right next to the beach! We have a great experience!

From check in to check out it was perfect. The rental was spotless! The beds and linens where super comfy and soft. Great towels for bathing and a fully stocked kitchen. We can wait to book again!! Thank u Jim and Judy for sharing some of your paradise with us!!

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks with our dog Scout. What a blessing to be just steps from the beautiful beach. We loved the easy access to beautiful sunrises and lazy days on the beach.
The house is very comfortable and homey. Jim and Judy are excellent host. Welcoming, friendly and helpful. We look forward to a return visit in the near future.

property was just as advertised; clean and well appointed and the location was perfect .... just steps from the northern (quiet) end of the beach; our corgi dog loved our daily walks on the shore ! and just minutes away from nice dining in the old town. hosts were great.

Beautiful property with close proximity to the beach. Very clean and comfortable w/ all the amenities plus electronic adjustable lazyboy chairs that were amazing. My pup & I walked the beach multiple times daily & visited downtown. Side deck was a nice bonus to hear waves crashing & enjoy surrounding palms. Easy to communicate & check in. Felt private & safe.

Judy and Jim were so nice and accommodating!! Amelia island and the property itself are perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. It’s steps away from the beach, a short drive to Walmart/Publix, and short drives to the surrounding state parks.
My fiancé and I wanted to fish and shell/shark tooth hunt, both were successful! We visited Fort Clinch beach 3 times, Little Talbot Island state park & Amelia island state park. We plan to come back and explore more of the state parks in the future!

We had a great extended stay in this clean and cozy rental. We (and our border collie) loved the location a few steps from the beach. The fenced private patio was a big plus on nice days. Judy and Jim are friendly and very responsive hosts. The location is quiet (just now there is some nearby home construction). Although the owners and their pup live upstairs, there isn't any noise and the place feels like your own. We are planning to come back and are looking forward to it!

The house was a perfect getaway for us. Full kitchen, king sized bed, steps to the beach, and close to many fun things to do: historic downtown, Fort Clinch state park and nice restaurants.
We had a few unusually cold days, but the streaming services were excellent.

This place had it all! Comfort and convenience, Jim and Judy have taken care of everything, even towels for the pup. And yes, it’s very dog friendly. The kitchen is very complete, with everything you could want and all of it in great condition. Living room is very comfy, overstuffed and oversized recliners, a large couch, very large screen tv w/ROKU and double doors leading to a ground level deck. There’s a room with a full size washer/dryer. The bathroom is very clean, with loads of soft towels and plenty of hot water. The bedroom is also comfortable with a king size bed and plenty of pillows as well as another large screen TV w/ROKU. The walk to the beach is literally thirty SECONDS. That’s it! The beach is immaculate and dog friendly with lots of shells for beach combing. Judy and Jim are great hosts, and we hope to return soon!

Our 2 week vacation with the pups was perfect. The location, amenities and steps to the beach made our stay so very enjoyable! Our hosts were the best - full of recommendations and always attentive if needed! Fernandina is a beautiful impressive little town with some awesome restaurants!
