Property was generally clean but it is hard to look past the fact that everything is so old and outdated. The towels and the bedding are super thin and old and there are not enough actual bath towels. Couch was dirty/ stained. All of the bathroom sinks are rusting out. The patio cushions desperately need replacing, along with the broom and the vacuum, which doesn't work well at all, generally because it is SOOO old. Blinds Leroy falling down, and a couple of the curtain rods were broken. Be prepared that you should bring your own dish soap, as there was none there. We had an issue with the alarm system beeping the entire time we were there, and could never figure out why it wouldn't stop. We got shocked by raccoons in the trash cans twice while we were there. I would definitely say that the pictures are significantly better than the reality of this home.

We loved this house. Absolutely perfect for kids. The hot tub jets only worked when they felt like working and one day we came home to the hot tub being 79 degrees. It took two days to warm back up. The only other thing is that it would be helpful if you allowed people to leave their toilet paper, paper towel, laundry soap, dish soap, etc... Its silly to have to throw all of that away! Let the next guests use it. Otherwise, the house was very safe, quiet and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!

The check in process was confusing- there's a huge list of check in instructions however none of them are accurate? I missed an email (because I wasn't expecting one based on the listing) so, my fault because I missed it but I do wish it was a little more transparent from the start. We ended up finally getting in and it really wasn't a huge deal in the end. I'm newer to vrbo so, it has been a learning experience. Overall the property was fine. Clean and comfortable. The pool and back patio were disappointing. The pool had so many leaves in it; we tried cleaning them out but there were so many and most on the bottom- it took too much effort considering it was supposed to be vacation. My children spent a couple of hours, on two different days, i tried... just unnecessary work. We ended up buying a day pass for a resort. The hot tub was easier to clean and use initially. However. The pool guy came the evening before our departure. Of course he cleaned the pool the night before we were scheduled to leave; too bad he didnt come right before our stay- and he added water to the hot tub which made it cold and therefore we couldn't use it our last evening as planned. There were broken screens, which had let all the leaves in. I mentioned it to the owners, who responded with gratitude. I genuinely do not think they knew the screens were broken, probably from recent storms- but it was still very disappointing.

Went for a vacation for my husband and I without the kids. We both said we would like to bring the kids back here for our family vacation. We didn't use the pool much but the hot tub nightly. The pool looked clean (Im just not a person that wants the water under 100f). Very cute decorations of disney that im sure kids would enjoy. Great experience overall.

Upon arrival we could not get into the house because we were given the incorrect code. A quick call to the property manager resolved this. Our first morning there we woke up to a beeping noise in the front hall. We called the property manager and she sent a service person and it was determined that the alarm battery needed to be replaced. We were disappointed in the rust in the 3 bathroom sinks. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable

House needs some updates and cleaning as some things were not working correctly. Enough space for all of us to stay. Friendly neighbour on the one side.

Nice place

Lovely property with a very accurate description. Great communication from owners and property management. Quiet and family based location, not too far from parks, restaurants and amenities. The kids loved finding all of the hidden Mickey's within the property. The only thing I would like to have seen within the property would be general purpose items like toilet cleaner, service cleaner etc. This would encourage more cleaning within the Villa. Overall will (and have already) definitely recommend this property to others and would look at renting again from these owners.

Property is showing some age and the traffic getting to Disney Properties is very heavy in the mornings. That said, it is a very good value for a stay near the parks and all the homes amenities and appliances perform as advertised.

Our family had a wonderful time at Cumbrian Lakes. Very spacious. Loved the wildlife we saw in backyard. Some issues but these didn't effect our stay. Whirlpool tub was not cleaned in main bath, ripped screens in pool area and knives not sharp at all. Overall though we'd definitely rent again. My 3 year grandson loved the theme.

Great house, about 20 minutes from Disney Parks. House was very clean, kitchen well stocked except for sharp knives. Would definitely rent again.

The property needs more love. Seems like they are very frugile. but good price for what you get.

My family and I rented this property for a week for us to go to universal studios and Disney. This place was amazing. My kids loved it and we will be planning another trip here next summer.

Everything was pretty good. The second day the air wasn’t working properly so I called the number and someone came and fixed it. Only other issue were the ants in the kitchen. Other than that the house was great. Pool was amazing for the kids and the hot tub was good.

We also had a little trouble entering through the gate, but after calling management and being told to hit # before the code we were fine. We really enjoyed our stay.
