The unit is stunning with the best location…. and the support staff is beyond awesome… 15/10

Great location, serviced each day, very good communication re entry and how to operate key areas such as doors, coffee machine, loved sitting on the balcony, kitchen utensils, plates, bowls, cutlery, air conditioning. Best of all was Eva's recommendations for good restaurants, pizza, gelati etc - really made our trip special.

Shower drain cover needs replacement. It's loose atm and could be a slipping hazard if stood on. Shower alcove is too small, I couldn't bend down to reach my feet. An inside bench table would be useful to have meals.

The apartment is in a very good location, close to all major tourist attractions. Real gem is the patio where you can sit and relax, have a glass of wine surrounded by the lovely scenery of Rome. Our host Nael was just wonderful - always available to answer questions through whataspp, allowed us late check-out without any problem, very friendly and polite. Room service is provided daily, so every night we would come back to a clean home. In general, this property is a very good value for the money spent.

Location of the room is perfect close to the Trevi fountain and Spanish steps, had a little balcony that caught the sun from morning to evening, the room was super clean and a nice big open space with air con, most of all very professional service from the staff who made some brilliant recommendations for places to eat and see and also was available to message anytime with quick acknowledgment, for the cost I thought it was brilliant would definitely stay here again!

Amazing apartment in a great location, very good restaurants just downstairs. Very calm. Nael has been a great help and provided great tips.

The location was excellent. Walking distance to most major sites. Two very good restaurants on the same block. The beautiful and spacious terrace was a highlight in the evenings.

A few maintenance issues need to be addressed, especially the kitchen sink which was out of order.

Rome is a big beautiful city and if you walk it, you will be putting in your steps. President Gardens is perfectly located to head out to all the main sights! It is quiet, very safe and the patio was a delightful bonus for a late-night Prosecco and recap of our day.

We had a little trouble communicating instructions for when we arrived. I had asked before we left the states but didn't get the information until the day of our arrival and I was stuck in Frankfurt so my traveling companions had to figure it out. It would have been nice to receive them earlier. Our host was very responsive, however. Also, the coffee maker and the dresser were both broken.

Wonderful property located on a small quiet street in the heart of the city. The room was huge and the terrace was amazing. There are several small eateries located right on the street and there is a small grocer a block away. An excellent value and a delightful experience.

It's difficult to think of anything that can be improved upon! The street is small, so if you are looking for a cab, you may need to go to a nearby street, other than that, there is really nothing negative.

We had a great stay in this cozy apartment! The highlight was the spacious terrace, with the great view - we loved it! The bed was comfortable, we had kitchen items so we could have our breakfast on our terrace. (Plates, mugs, water boiler, tea etc) The owner and the staff was amazing and accomodated our needs, they were so helpful with our requests. The location is amazing, few minutes walk from the Spanish Steps. We can only recommend this apartment!

We liked everything

The room is wonderful, luxurious, big, high ceilings and recently renovated. The terrace is even better! 😉 The staff was really nice, easy to communicate with them. The location is very good. The Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps are around the corner, but you can easily walk to the Colosseum or even to the Vatican. I highly recommend to have dinner somewhere near the Vatican, than walk home. You will experience on the way the greatest attractions of Rome in wonderful night lights. Loved it!

Very beautiful place, location was more than great, just a few minutes walking distance from Trevi and Piazza di Spagna. Room was big and comfy and the best part - big, beautiful balcony!

nothing to not like about this place

A fantastic place in the heart of Rome itself. Next to perfect traffic (in Barberini Square). Thank you for allowing you to keep your luggage after you checked out because we had the flight in the afternoon. The patio terrace - a miracle. The hosts welcome. Although there is no full-fledged kitchen, plates, spoons, knives are available, even a wine attache. There were no dish towels (but I always billed it and brought it along). Would love to come back there again, because the price and place are perfect.

There were some awkward moments with cleaning, but it was resolved.

Lovely and spacious. Great outside space. Great location. Can not fault it! Would definitely stay again.
