Location is in the middle of everything
Staff members were extremely friendly
Breakfast was good and all people in the restaurant were amazing specially Eugene
Beds and pillows were excellent
Room was spacious and comfortable compared to other hotels in all Europe
Lightning in the room was nice to play with
I would say that the elevator was a strange experience, but funny as well, it is an old one but performing well.

Location was very good ,the family room was very big ,the elevator in the building is very important though it can get two people , the breakfast was very good but there wasn’t a variety of sweet pastries , there was a spa wellness looks very good but we didn’t try it
the mattress on the single beds were not comfortable, the pillows also weren’t comfortable , and the bathroom wasn’t comfortable,there wasn’t shelves to put our personal care products and the sink is small

It was our honeymoon I made this clear and they placed in a room opposite the staircase and lift. I have to be honest were woken up between 7am and 8am.
The room is not sound proofed as advertised.
They take deposit money via a hold on your account before arrival not advertised people with less money would struggle. It also takes 5 to 7 days to release money back on account upon your arrival and payment.
All the above left a bitter taste in our mouths.

The breakfast was nice, a mix of self-service buffet but also resturent style, with the morning drink, crossiant and eggs menu.
The rooms were big, clean, comfortable, daily housekeeping.
The hotel DOES NOT provide room service. That was a MASSIVE let down. I was hoping to stay in room to rest and order in food. First time seeing a 4 star hotel not provide room service. They need more staff.
The lift is old. That caused a problem. We got stuck as we tried to come out early. I pressed the alarm for good 11seconds and despite being right next to reception, no staff came. That was really disppoiting! And very stressful, plus the lift was extrememly hot at all times.
