The street, nearbuy Champs Elisees

Called a few times for information about keys an stay, but never got an answer... When I finally arrived at desk, they told me it was already rented to someone else.. They gave me a ok replacement... You can hear some loud neighbours and noices in the street...

Location is great next to le relais del entricote , pierre herme and city pharma. Beds and pillows are comfy. Kitchen is good. Heating is good if only AC worked the first day of our stay. Building is very old though unique. Communication is ok.

Flat needs maintenance. There is no lift for visitors. Bathroom shower door is broken. Towels are worn out. You cant have this hotel towel feeling. You can not ventilate first bedroom due to windows facing waste pipe area. There is a bad smell coming from first bathrom. This is why home fragnance is placed at the corners of living room and hall. There is no extra space for luggages and clothes. There should be a coat rack at the hall.

We loved our stay here! Our family of 10 arrived in Paris and followed the instructions provided to find the apartment. Instructions were clear and we arrived with no problem. Our flat was spacious for our family and well equipped. There was a lot of attention to detail with the renovations and it showed! The beds were all memory foam, we had plenty of towels, and the kitchen was well stocked (we cooked in to save $). We enjoyed opening the windows to the street and people watching from above. Because of the soundproofing, we never heard noise from the street or anywhere outside the apartment. The location is great with the café downstairs, Luxembourg Garden across the street, and the gelato and chocolatier on Rue Vavin. The grocery store is just down the street and bus 82 stops just outside the door and goes straight to the Eiffel Tower. We would absolutely recommend this flat and should we return to Paris, I will stay here again! T

Bathroom layout is tight, but the huge showers are nice.

Bed and showers were excellent.

Cot provided for the baby was broken. Didn’t find any coffee or small refreshment at arrival. Often, some of the other hosts leave it as a welcome gesture.
