The ambience, the locality and the staff

We thought we dropped something and happened to glance under the bed which had a lot of dust. Understood that that is not an area that gets cleaned much but we had to request for it to be vacuumed, which to be fair they did the next day. Also not the most convenient for those who cannot climb stairs so do request for lift level or ground floor rooms if needed

La decoración con muebles antiguos y también el edificio. La localización y la amabilidad del personal Pero, sobre todo, me sorprendió el buen desayuno que tienen incluido en el precio. Muy completo.

La habitación olía a humedad, poco ventilada.

leider mussten wir trotz Zusage für einen früheren Check in drei Stunden auf unser Zimmer warten - war nach gut 24 Stunden Reise nicht sehr angenehm

Très bien situé au centre de la vieille ville

Hôtel très vieillot et vétuste. La chambre est petite et moyennement propre. Le déjeuner manque de diversité

Beautiful old building, full of character with small on-site muesum. Good selection of food at breakfast. Lovely outside seating area to eat breakfast. Lovely staff, great spa. In Chinatown, great location. We liked Malacca, the river, the art, shops and the Geograher Cafe/restaurant. Extended our stay from 2 to 4 nights as we liked it so much.

For a 3 star hotel it was very good. Being super picky, the cleaning could have been better, and new pillows would be good.

Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral gelegen, aber dennoch sehr ruhig.

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Wir fanden es ein wenig eng, um an den Betten vorbeizulaufen.

L'atmosphère Peranakan unique de l'hôtel: cette impression de vivre une époque intemporelle dans un environnement décoratif de grande qualité. La tranquillité. L'hôtel est situé dans un rue historique, mais une fois dans l'hôtel, tout respire le calme et la relaxation. Le mobilier et les objets d'ornement (vases, statuettes) sont de qualité musée et méritent qu'on s'y attarde. Certains objets sont à vendre, mais ce ne sont pas les plus beaux, et leurs tarifs sont prohibitifs.

Le côté sombre de la plupart des chambres, peu ou pas de vue extérieure.

Wir hatten leider ein paar Ameisen im Zimmer. Anfang hat die Spülung der Toilette nicht richtig funktioniert und obwohl wir an der Rezeption darum gebeten haben, dass sich das jemand anguckt, kam keiner. War dann aber nicht so schlimm, weil die Spülung dann doch funktioniert hat.

フロントの対応、部屋の場所、部屋の大きさ、ホテルの立地、シャワールームの大きさ。

こちらには何度か泊まっていますが、いつも思うこと・・・・追加料金を払ってでも朝食の質を上げて欲しい。それでなければ朝食を出さずに、値段を下げて欲しい。

The bathroom was only half clean upon check in. The air conditioner felt like it needed to be serviced as it was not cooling.

The local buffet breakfast served was delicious, ample seating area with beautiful view of terrace/garden. Waiters were fast to clear tables and food was replenished on time. The room was clean and with facilities, tastefully decorated. The reception was fast to check us in and very friendly. The concierge helped guide us to the carpark which was nearby. All in all, the hotel was beautifully decorated with historic items, my kids oved going to the library as well!

The location are very strategic, it close to the famous jonker street and most of the tourist spot with a short walking distance. They have a private parking place not far from the hotel. The hotel also provide free breakfast.

The only down site is you can't order a grab car (taxi booking service) to the hotel as it doesn't have a pick up point set at the hotel, you have to walk further a bit to the designated taxi pick up point.

Awesome location and really well preserved building. Very interesting to be able to get some historical context of the building in the onsite museum downstairs. The room was comfortable and well presented. Great spread at breakfast, and all staff were encountered went above and beyond to help us with our further travels. Highly recommended.

ロケーションは、街中で抜群でしょう。またホテル自体が、プラナカン様式を改造しているので雰囲気も良いです。 朝食は、マレーシアのホテルとしては中程度ですが種類もあり満足されている方が多いように思います。 ホテルの外は、徒歩5分で土日に開催される夜市、またホテルの横にニョニャ料理の有名店 Peranakan Mansion(僑生府）があります。その他、Nyonya Heritage Museumも徒歩7分で近いです。

特にありませんが、施設は古いことを念頭にすれば問題ありません。

Location - Located within the historic town of Melaka. Its within walking distance to all tourist attractions, restaurants and pubs Aesthetic - The hotel is well preserved and I enjoyed walking around and appreciate the antiques displayed. You will be transported to the golden era Parking - Though parking space is limited, I appreciate the hotel provided the space anyway considering street parking is near impossible.

Soundproof - The rooms were not very sound proof. Can hear next room's TV but I was not too bothered as it was in the afternoon and we were not sleeping.

Everything! The hotel was like a museum in itself and I felt like I was going through the history of Melaka while going around the corridors of the hotel near the reception area. The location was amazing as it was few meters away from Jonker Street. The breakfast was super nice as a variety of food was proposed, while the hotel facilities were very good. The amenities provided were top notch. Last but not least, the hotel staff was very friendly and polite so hats off to that great team :)

Nothing negative about the hotel to be honest.

Great heritage hotel, walking distance to restaurants and sightseeing places. There is a three day weekend market from Friday, it's very interesting. Will stay again

The rooms are small being a heritage hotel. Breakfast could be improved.
