Easy access to the hotel .. location was good ...
Limited parking....hot water not available at 4.30 am

We had plan to travel Kovalam and Varakala. Hence we choose this hotel which is in between these two places. The Hotel staffs are good. The restaruant is the hotel is very good. They prepared Nice food which i like most.
We choose Classic room where the rooms are ok but the Lift needs an improvement.

I had booked on booking.com for 2days at rs2600 including taxes but on check-in they charged rs3200 for d same
They said they don't entertain bookings made on booking.com
I ended paying 600 extra

Expected checkin was 11am but got d keys only around 1pm though i was at d location by 10am
