The location setting of this venue is absolutely stunning. Church Point is a beautiful suburb and to have this facilities to exist on the water is simply great. The water is crystal clear and the venue sits essentially over the top of it. The king bed was very comfortable and the room size was decent.

Unfortunately, we where giving poor check in information. Our lock code was incorrect for the entrance door, so we got stuck outside. We also weren't told about the towel or room service protocol for our room. So we missed getting our room serviced. Apparently a sign exists to tell you about this requirement, however the sign is so small and why this wasn't told to us at check-in was just frustrating.

The views were lovely and the area was so peaceful. We loved it. There is a lovely walk you can talk along the waterfront and super friendly staff. The bed was super soft and you could connect your phone to the tv to watch streaming platforms. Amenities included which was great. Dining options nearby. Air conditioner worked really well. Overall a good experience.

There was some hair in the shower and a big hand print on the shower glass when it got steamy. A few small stains and marks on bedding and towels. The fridge was so packed that we couldn’t really find space to store our own snacks and drinks.

Stunning location with amazing views of the river. Gorgeous art deco style boutique hotel. Our room was upgraded but I think that was because of the roadworks and they moved us to the river side away from the mess and noise. Friendly and helpful staff. Great coffee from the kiosk.

No notification ahead of arrival of the Council roadworks that were happening during our stay. The roadworks made accessibility to the foyer and kiosk hazardous as there was often not a clear, unobstructed path with the workers having to move objects so we could get through. Noisy with vibrations from work. Restaurant in hotel not open during early part of the week making it tricky to get food and nearest cafe closed the kitchen at 7pm. Steep steps to get to rooms with no lift access. $25 per night for parking. Security code to get in and out of the hotel outside of reception hours could be frustrating if you had full hands as it was a long set of digits and I needed to pull this out each time to get into the hotel and then into the room. Difficult with noise from roadworks to tell if the number you had punched in the right code as you couldn't hear if it had registered it so often had to repeat entry of the code.
