Bathroom renovations not complete, blue and white hose from under vanity connected to floor drain. Gap at top of new bay windows exposing rusty patch. If you have a large 4wd you will have difficulty parking

Great location staff were adorable from the reception to the cleaners ..
Room was immaculate and the toilet was from the future ..
We had complimentary toast and cereal and a whole heap of bananas ..
Would stay again ..

Great place to stay! Convenient location to where our kids live in Newport, close to plenty of great beaches, and the restaurants and shops in Avalon are only minutes away. The only minor thing is it’s tough to park with larger vehicles due to tight clearances for the hotels parking.
