Very dissatisfied, no, disgusted with how my cancellation was processed. I will never deal with booking.com or the Vacasa properties ever! I will also make sure that everyone who wants my opinion of your organization will know this as well.

fully stocked kitchen,beautiful view, very clean, lots of fun thing to do on site, perfect for a family trip!

Location was great! View from balcony was awesome! Private place and beach was awesome! Barbecue have two propane tank to use. Rental facilities have 12-14 passenger boats, jet-ski, golf games, bikes for rent! Pool very convenient location: front yard. Indoor jacuzzi was good as well as indoor pool. Beach have a nice sand, lake was clean no debris. Office workers made easy and fast confirmation of reservation.

Vacasa charging $300 for cleaning fee, but unit was not clean: floor was dirty, we have baby that still crawling, so babies knees where black from dirty floors... Carpet is old and dirty... Barbecue was not cleaned for long time: I had to go to store to buy cleaning supplies and clean it my self... Basement was very cold, upper floor was warm... Bed blankets where burned, two of backyard chairs was broken...
