Location, parking and size of condo.

Very outdated. Shower door didn’t close, rug on stairs stained and dirty. Kitchen utensils very sparse.

Location worked out perfect for us.

One of the beds downstairs was very uncomfortable. One of our guests ended up sleeping on the couch.

Property is older and in need of some repairs and better cleaning.

The location is great. Great view off the deck. Waptao Point Resort has nice real estate. Close to stores, restaurants, things to do. Besides the view and location the only thing that was nice about this condo was the private hot tub in the front.

The condo its self...is super outdated, which I can deal with, but it was not clean at all. Definitely, NOT clean to what you would think the guidelines are for COVID 19 standards. It smelled as soon as we opened the front door. We had to buy plug ins just to mask the odor. The amount of dust on the tables and AC vents was so nasty. The floors were not clean. The upper cabinets had food and finger prints on them. Countertops not wiped down. The master bathroom toilet had dry urine down the side of the toilet. There was fly paper hanging up in the kitchen with died fly's hanging from it. It was pretty gross. There was blue painters tape on the floor near the area rug. Not sure why it was left on the floor. We were told it was professional cleaned, and it clearly was NOT. Apart of our cost to stay there is to clean the condo after us. I feel ripped off because we paid the professional cleaning fee, which everyone does in their reservation, but this unit was not clean. I can't express enough how gross it was. One of our family members that travelled from California to see the Chelan area wanted to leave and stay somewhere else because it was so gross. Super disappointed
