Location of Banyan Harbor wsa the attraction. Unit was more than needed and more cost than desired.

Very outdated, did not really have enough supplies. Needs a facelift. More USB ports. Kitchen cabinets felt sticky

The home was large enough, good location by the pool and beach. The pool was clean.

The home is not updated and the AC unit in the front bedroom drips down over the front entry door.

Condo had deceiving pictures. Unit outdated, furniture not comfortable. Had to buy a battery for smoke detector (not one in it). Bathroom sink didn’t drain properly.

our unit was dirty . towels was left in the dryer smelled moldy. I had to rewash them , the filter on the dryer was not cleaned. was packed full of lint , link on the walls behind the dryer looked dirty and nasty . the kitchen cabinets were dirty and really needed to be cleaned . I will never stay there again the washer start bottom kept getting stuck , coming up the stairs you could see the dust on the ledge to the first bedroom on the left . I just can’t believe I was charged 600. 00. cleaning fee when the place was dirty , I also believe our sheets were never changed !!!

The location is great as a base camp for touring the whole island. The floor plan for perfect for traveling with teens and having some space.

It felt neglected - I don’t mind dated decor, but there was a lot that could use a refresh. The upstairs smoke detector is lying open- no battery. The mirrors in the full bath are deteriorating and streaked with black. In the half bath, the soap dispenser plunger is broken in half - this is less than $2 to replace. Chairs on the deck are rusty. These small things really make you question the quality of the space overall.

The washer was off balance and it sounded like a jet taking off when it started to spin.
