The location was amazing! Right in the middle of everything. Great places to eat surrounding the hotel. Super clean, extremely nice staff, rooms were so pretty. Will definitely be staying here everytime I’m in Dallas.

I didn't care too much for the parking being mixed with the shopping lot.

Conveniently located, with a few places to eat without having to drive. Big room, big bathroom. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Can buy snacks and drinks downstairs.
The walls are thin, we could hear people talking outside. I get we booked third-party so those get rooms by elevators and ice machine. But the ice machine is so unnecessarily loud it kept waking us up. Lights on the bed were out and outlet didn’t work. No door on the shower, so we kept having to click the heat on in order to not be freezing after getting out the shower.

It was clean however to contemporary for our taste,
The echo in the building of noise trying to sleep was inexcusable. We were told the ground floor would be the quietest. It wasn't, 9.30 , 12 midnight and 1.30 am sounded like heavy scraping noise. Asking for a partial credit would be N understatement of what would be appropriate. The noise and clater was awful.

at the time, it was a better choice than any higher priced options i looked at. more updated rooms than the hilton for sure.. and the room was clean & comfortable.
the only thing was struggling to find a close parking spot once the night hit but what can you do 😂

The only negative is that the king room suite had two tvs, and each remote would change the channel on both tvs at the same time.

the flooring wasn’t rugged - good for persons with allergy. had a microwave & mini fridge.
very very poor facilities & services. no microwave safe cups no wares. wifi was Zero in the rooms - extremely epileptic, could nearly last long enough for one to send a short message. we stayed 4 nights but our rooms got cleaned only once - after we made an issue of it. extremely noisy from the corridors & other rooms. the room doors have significant openings at the bottom that made the corridor noise seem like the door was open.

The staff was amazing! We were there for a wedding, Jeremy at the bar was WONDERFUL!! I can't remember the front desk girls name but she was so sweet!

We were pleasantly surprised at this hotel. We got a really good price on Booking.com, and when we arrived we were impressed how clean the rooms and facilities were. Everyone was nice, the hotel and rooms smelled nice, and you can tell the room was thoroughly cleaned.

This place was soooo clean! And the Bluetooth mirror?!? SOLD! Comfy bed, and spotless room. Couldn't have been happier. And free parking!

Nice size suite, friendly staff, clean, the staff delivered towels and an extra blanket. There was a bar that closed at 11. Pool stayed open until 10. Outside area

I loved the Bluetooth feature in the mirror and the room design, the bed was comfortable and the heated pool was nice.
