beautiful view from bedroom windows, spacious bathroom,lovely breakfast with fresh fruit

entry stoop into room from outside was problematic for my friend who has some mobility issues

Beautiful Historic property. Located just a walking distance from downtown Paris. Backs onto the grand river.

There was nothing we didn’t like. Breakfast was awesome, the beds very comfortable. Very cozy room with wing chairs, fireplace and a good size tv. Also a full size refrigerator

The location is good. The room is very nice and the breakfast was delicious!

Breakfast was amazing. Was always something new everyday. My room faced the trees with the river peeking through the trees. Kinda felt like a tree house for all u saw was the trees

Clean and comfortable. Well appointed in a rustic style

The apartment unit was beautiful with all amenities and kept in the period of the heritage home. Lots of space and very private. Judy was a perfect host/conversationalist. We had a full breakfast in the sunroom of French toast, sausage, 3 fruits, Paris tea, coffee and juice. Would love to return for Tea on the Grand. (High tea). Judy makes delicious smelling scones. Next time. We highly recommend this B&B.

Delicious!

I cannot say enough about the cozy, comfortable accommodations at The Carriage House. The daily breakfast delivered to my door was such a treat- Judy baked me a delicious Apple strudel one morning, and even packed me a to go box for me to munch on at the airport the day I flew out! I found the location to be just perfect- one side overlooks the river, and it’s an easy walk to downtown. I throughly enjoyed sipping tea and watching some Netflix in front of the fireplace- It was so cozy I didn’t want to leave. What a gem of a place, I hope to come back some day. Thank you, Judy❤️
