Great communication with the owner and very flexible to our needs!
Booking.com did not show the correct address / house on their map! This house is not directly on the river.
Also, the information was slightly confusing. We only had the bottom floor, so no balcony! The "private beach" and tiki in the picture are great but are a 6 minute (or more) walk.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Only stayed for one night but it would be great for an extended stay.

We were very comfortable here and JC is a wonderful host. Easy walk to a restaurant and the private beach access. Easy to drive to nearby restaurants, parks, etc. We stayed in the upstairs unit and enjoyed time on the balcony where there is a bit of a view. We would stay again. Thank you JC.
Nothing to complain about. I'd maybe note to other guests not to lean on railing of balcony as we noticed rail is weakened on one end.

It was very clean with lots of room to spread out. The bed (in the bedroom) was comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is very quiet. Nice view from the deck for a sunset or a little wine at night for a quiet couple. It would be easy to stay a few days or even a week here. JC was just a phone call or text away. Everything was just as he said. The Kuerig coffee maker is a great plus.
It’s not that I didn’t like it but if you are looking for a beach house, the beach is a little 2 minute car ride away. That’s just in case your looking for that. Easy access to everything on Hutchinson Island, Jensen Beach and surrounding areas. This apartment is upstairs and that should be noted somewhere.

Fantastic value, good location with Brocks Surfside Pizza in walking distance. House was clean, had Alexa for music, and the beds were comfy. JC was super helpful and made check-in seemless.
Only downside was noise traveled between rooms and from the upstairs unit. Wish there was a view or some additional outdoor space but for the price it was a great value. Beach was just a little ways away to go with kids and all the stuff.
