The balcony and space were amazing

The location was by a church we had nowhere to park Sunday I have bad allergies and it was dusty I sneezed repeatedly every time I was in the dining and living room area! A lot of the doors were locked it was kinda creepy!! And the entrance was tricky

Great apartment, very spacious 4-bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, large living room/kitchen and lovely porch. Lots of lighting and strong AC. About a 20 minute walk to the Convention Center.

Some tiles were loose on the kitchen floor, check in was easy but it was a bit challenging to find the entrance since it's not off the side road. Kitchen could use some towels.

No rugs, very clean very spacious good lighting enough cutlery kitchen was very well equipped

Dishwasher was broken, No hot water in the bathroom, low water pressure in the showers, didn’t know about the 2 flights of stairs before hand which made it difficult for my dad who just had a hip replacement.

I loved the location, it is in the garden district and you can find everything around the area. You can walk if your into the walking but Uber is only $10 to Bourbon st. We drove everywhere except Bourbon st at night. I would definitely book again and recommend it to others. I loved that I got exactly what was shown in pictures. Walgreens is right behind the building and Walmart is a drive away. Jackson Ave is 4 blocks up the road and takes you direct to Walmart. You also get to pass by the Buckner Mansion which is on Jackson Ave as well. Im a sucker for American Horror story Coven!!!

The floors are not leveled and the tiles would move a lot when you'd step on some areas but not a big problem. I was just concerned in not breaking them so I wouldn't be charged any extra fees.

The photo doesn’t reveal that there is 2 long flights of stairs... and with 8 people staying at this residence, the property owner contacted me to tell me that we had a noise complaint.... ummm yes, we were all exhausted from the stairs having to go back and forth! The owner mentioned something about “cameras “, of which when I asked for clarification, he stated “it’s a noise monitoring system” .....
