Leonardo Crystal Cove Hotel & Spa – Adults only

The customer service at this hotel is exceptional. The staff treat you like a member of their family, and there’s nothing they will not do for you. I noticed some of the guests would greet the staff members with a hug, and sit and talk to them for ages. Majority of hotel guests are repeat visitors because of how wonderful the staff are. The food is also really great quality, the meat especially is well seasoned, and they offer a variety of different dishes every night. Cocktails were also terrific, especially the frozen strawberry Bellini.

The pool area could be bigger and a little more aesthetically pleasing, but that’s me finding a fault.

The rooms were very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. The spa was excellent, and the pool had floats and inflatables available for guests to enjoy. The breakfast was varied, with a generous selection of food to choose from.

Unfortunately, the dinner buffet was very disappointing, with limited variety, very few options, and poor taste overall. During Italian night, the pizza was strangely sweet and topped with cold cuts, which was very unpleasant. The outdoor pool water was freezing cold despite the warm weather (29°C). The cocktails were also disappointing: some contained an excessive amount of alcohol, while the non-alcoholic versions were overloaded with syrup. Access to the sea was inconvenient, with no comfortable area to lie down and relax by the water. There was no music playing around the pool, which made the atmosphere feel rather lifeless. Finally, coffee was only available from automatic machines, and the quality was poor.

Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und von guter Qualität. Das Abendessen a La Cart ist sehr gut auch wegen des Preis Leistungsverhältnisses. Das Personal verdient ein besonderes Lob für seine herausragenden Leistungen in allen Bereichen. Die Lage des Hotels ist OK da wir ein Auto hatten. Grösse Zimmer OK auch wieder wegen dem Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

Liegen auf dem Areal könnten ein Polster vertragen.
