The room is spacious with a nice bathroom and really good shower! the bed is really comfortable! The property is so close to the centre so are able to walk everywhere :)

It’s a quite location. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable with small balcony.

The staff wasn’t really present. Had no toiletpaper for 2 days and we saw other guests also struggling contacting the staff.

Near all the action but far enough away to be quiet.

No toilet roll provided. Very old bedding and curtains. Lots of mould on curtains and damp around walls. Lots of mosquitos in room when we checked in. We kept doors shut but came back to find spiders, centipedes, ants and more mosquitos in the room. No water the morning of checkout, we weren’t able to shower or flush toilet. Nobody on reception when we left to checkout at 0830 so had to just leave key in room. Rarely saw any staff. Wifi didn’t work at all. Path to property full of litter and poorly lit.

Massive Clean Room. Great Aircon and Fan also available Nice Bathroom Big Fridge and Wardrobe.

Location is a 10 min walk from beach and down a dirt track which is not well lit at night. If you need something staff tend to be in the restaurant over the road (2 min walk)

This was a comfortable option and good value for money. We didn't see the staff alot but didn't have any issues so this was not a problem. The huge plus is they let us check in early which was perfect for the ferry. The location is quiet and easy to get down to the water. I recommend getting a bike though!

Super friendly staff, comfortable and spacious rooms, and quiet location although within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Also, amazing food in the Mint kitchen across the street!!

Beautiful space. The balcony was so nice and they provide a refrigerator and tea kettle which were a great touch.

Bathroom floods every time you take a shower, reception was not available most of the time, asked to stay one more night and they increased the price by 150 baht, view was ugly!

It feels like a home, very welcoming, comfortable, quiet, and super clean. They provide daily room cleaning. Staff is very willing to accommodate. They have a huge wall window looking at the jungle...stunning!

Very clean. Friendly staff. Very quiet at night. Nice big room!

I didn't like walking through the river to get there. It's ok once or twice, but getting wet feet and legs (which also attracts mosquitoes) was far from ideal. Its a good 30m of river to traipse through. It's a shame as this definitely isn't the hotels fault. Maybe some Wellington boots could be provided? No hot water in shower the first night, but this was quickly fixed the next day.

absolutely incredible, staff was amazing so kind you can found us at mint kitchen close to the guesthouse, really helpful. Room was big with fridge, good ac, hot shower, everything was perfect also location close to all the main thinks but on quiet part definitely recommended :)
