We loved the fact that each bedroom across the two Villas we hired had their own bathrooms. we loved the swimming pools and Igbar was so friendly and helpful. would definitely stay there again.

Every room ensuits, bear to grand baie and tge public beaches, good location. Exceptional service from the groundsman

The appreciation our family had for Iqbal who ensured all our needs were met and the appreciation he showed us. The access to the property via a gate lock system made you feel safe. The room sizes, shower access and the option to use two dining tables in different locations of the villa.

Lack of kitchen utensils

The villas are very clean, homely and ideal for groups. All the amenities needed are there and all you have to do is bring your groceries. There’s even a pool.

It’s location is far off the main road and off the main beach. That meant we had to incur transport costs to and from the beach and shops.

It was a peaceful location. Away from traffic.

It was hard to reach the location. The road conditions were bad. Very muddy and lots of potholes.

Communication from the villa owner and the site hosts was first rate before we arrived. We were welcomed warmly with a welcome pack of fresh bread, butter, eggs, milk and some fresh juice - very needed after a 22 hour travel!. Villa was a great size and located very close to Grand Baie. It had 4 very well presented double bedrooms, all with en suite bathroom (with sink, toilet and showers), large wardrobe with hanging space, drawers and shelves, as well as dressing table/mirror which was amazing as I use a dressing table to get ready and many villa's abroad do not have them. All bedrooms had air conditioning. Beds and bedding were spotlessly clean. Kitchen was large and fully fitted, with large 6 person breakfast table and a separate laundry room. There was also a nicely furnished sitting room, TV and formal dining room with large 9 person table. Villa had 1 double bedroom downstairs with en suite, a separate downstairs toilet (very handy if you did not want to climb stairs to your room!), and then 3 double bedrooms with en suite on 1st floor. All upstairs bedrooms had balconies. Outside space was lovely. Large table with chairs under patio area which was shaded from about 9am for rest of day which suited our party. Then there was a nice pool, tiled area for sunbathing and garden area. Sun loungers with padded covers were provided and there was a toilet/shower by the pool. Pool towels were provided by the villa. Villa also had a good parking area next to your villa. You will see in my scoring / comments below i marked lower for cleanliness. There were a couple of things relating to housekeeping/maintenance I think could be improved around the villa. However, the Villas owner and managing director popped in one night to see were were happy, and we give him some feedback. He was so upset he asked us to let him know via email so he could resolve with the maintenance company. To answer the question - YES we would stay again.

As mentioned above, a couple of small issues with maintenance/housekeeping could be improved. I will email the owner/managing director with details as he said he would follow up with the maintenance company used. In fact, the day after we mentioned some of the things the site maintenance person came to resolve 2 of the issues. Based on the above I absolutely trust the owner/MD will get these small issues resolved meaning YES we would stay again at these villas. I would recommended some soft outdoor seating (like wicker/rattan furniture) for under the canopy that would be a nice addition to the table/chairs you already have. Holiday makers spend 99% of their time outside so this would be a very welcome addition. The following is an FYI ONLY - these facts did NOT influence any scoring of this property:- 1. Villa is around a 2.5 mile walk to Grand Baie - slightly longer than what is quoted on Booking.Com. There are no paths so you either walk via a dirt track or along the side of the main road. We had a car so this did not affect us. 2. Building work is going on around the area surrounding the villa complex so you do have diggers, truckers, industrial noises all day. It can get quite noisy during the day. However most work did not start until around 7.30am and finished by 4.30pm each day so your evenings were peaceful. 3. Car would be recommended for this Villa but if you like walking no problem. 4. Cleaner comes 1 day per week. THIS WAS PERFECT FOR US as we keep our rented villas neat and tidy and we hate having people coming/going daily - we prefer being left in peace!! - but if you expect someone to make your bed/do your dishes daily this might not be the place for you.

Perfect location.. Very beautiful villa and very peaceful.. Will surely get back back there asap.
