The location of the apartment was right in the center with walkable distance to Interlaken West station and surrounding areas. The self check in was easy. Nearby restaurants and supermarkets to get your needs is a big advantage. Utensils provided were sufficient. There is a balcony on both sides of the flat and the space is very well organized.
Overall, the apartment is quite nice for a family stay barring couple of things.
It would be great to have some basic items in stock when you arrive to the apartment especially sugar and kitchen towels/tissue box and while coffee pods were there the coffee machine was not user friendly or instructions provided. Again, there is no lift so taking all luggage up the floors and then going down again to buy the basic stuff is a hassle.
It would be great to have some hooks or rack in the bathroom to hang your clothes.

Spacious, comfortable, good location that is close to railway station
Shower and washing basin drainage seems blocked, resulting in water being drained away slowly.
Fridge not functioning properly.
No washing machine.
Restaurant downstairs causes some noise till 12:00pm.
There is a piece of broken glass close to to the ground floor entrance door to apartment that requires urgent repair.

The flat is centrally located and has a very nice dining area. The self check in was smooth and easy, the owners very available and polite and overall me and my friends had a very pleasant stay!
There is a balcony on both sides of the flat and the space is very well organized.
One of the shower heads was leaking and so the water flow was limited, the sofas are broken (would be good to have them replaced, ideally) and one of the electricity plugs on the wall was smashed.
Other than that, we had a fantastic stay, these flaws were not bothering us too much so I recommend this flat to other people :)

The property had a great location in the middle of town. Had a nice balcony. Attractions were all accessible and many great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Linens and bedding were all really clean, smelled nice and comfortable.
It is obvious the property was recently renovated. However, the finishing and fittings did not keep guests in mind. For example, there is a microwave/coffee maker and toaster but no plugs in the counter area. The floors were really sticky and dirty and there was a intermittent sewer smell coming from one of the bathroom floor drain. There were no drawers to place belongings just a large open wardrobe. The fans were all really dusty. Lacked any channels on the TV which was a little frustrating as we wanted to let the kids watch something after a long day of hiking.

The only plus point is the location else the apartment facilities, the building, the people running the place left a lot to be desired.
1. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no lift contrary to the owners claim that it's just mezzanine + 1 floor.
2. Restaurant on the ground floor with loud noises of kitchen utensils when you enter the building + no lights at the stairs.
3. A very foul smell as soon as you enter the apartment, had read this in other reviews as well but ignored hoping same could be a one of thing - surprising the operators are not doing anything to get rid of the problem.
4. No hot water in the bathroom - The apartment is meant for 8pax, has 2 baths But No Hot Water - As soon as one of us took a shower the hot water was gone, it took more than 30mins for the water to get warm not hot - We had to take bath with cold water as half way through the shower the water turned from lukewarm to cold.
5. The operators/owner was not ready to accept the problem, the only solution provided was to wait for the water to turn hot, perhaps praying could have helped rather than waiting..
The problem is that the owners have wasted the advantage that the property has, its bang in the centre but seems they dont want to shell out even a dime to improve the condition at all, especially the toilets, the boiler, hallway, stairs, smell.. it's a shame, can only feel sorry for them.

Location is walkable to station. Room is big. It's quite cheap for 3 bed and 2 bath for that location.
Room has slightly smell of spice.
Wifi is quite slow and not cover all the room.
No light in the hallway.
Room in the second floors but no lift.
No sound proof wall, I heard someone walking and making noise a lot
