Location was great, being so close to the beach and town center of Cocoa Beach. Also found it nice to be so close to the port and other businesses around.

The King size bed mattress was way to hard. We liked the size of the couch, but it was a little uncomfortable, and slid around a little on the tile floor, but it was not horrible

What an amazing place! Absolutely beautiful and very very clean. My family is very observant with cleanliness and this place was very clean. The house was very spacious too! I'd heard people say the drains and the washer/dryer were dirty but I thought they were actually very clean! Such a pleasant stay and we will definitely be going back in the summer!

My family loved every second, no complaints.

Poor clearest overall, cockroaches in the stove, kitchen area and garage. The sheets on the bedrooms were dirty, smelly to sweat. Boggers in the pillow, Dirt under the couches, old dirt on the shower.

Enjoyed all amenities.

It took an hour upon arrival to get the right keypad code to open the door. Then took a couple hours to get the right WiFi password. It seemed like all of the info I got via email was all wrong. There was a very foul smell that took a couple days to get rid of. There were a few cockroaches dead on the floor. The dishwasher had mold all over the inside and was in operable. I'm sure this was part of the smell. We will be finding a different rental when we come back in September.
