Breakfast was amazing, and the staff was very friendly. Such a beautiful location and nice theme to have the rooms near a forest area. It gave nature vibes
The lighting inside the rooms was not enough. It was dark inside the rooms and the bathroom, but the outdoors was nice.

The views and pool
The bathroom could be better. I didn’t feel safe enough. Just general maintenance. Our room had cobwebs hanging

Un hotel en medio de la selva, es maravilloso. La habitación es grande y con vistas a la selva, la cama es comodisima y no hubo ningún insecto. El baño está bien pero necesita un poco de renovación. Todo el hotel es precioso y las piscinas son infinity y están limpias. El desayuno es increíble, está buenísimo y gran cantidad. El personal muuuy amable todo el rato, nos alquilaron moto también

Great location, only about 10 minutes from the center, yet surrounded by beautiful jungle and sounds of nature. The outdoor pools are also a big plus. The staff were absolutely amazing, super friendly and helpful!
The hotel could use some better maintenance though. Our room was quite small, cleanliness could be improved and breakfast was ok.
