This rental was beautiful and Colleen answered any question we had very fast. Lots of room for everyone. Kiddo love all the space to play down stairs. Only one drawback. The door out to the Hot Tub could not be used because it was broken. Made it a little hard for my Husband who had his foot amputated last year to go around the side of the building to use the Hot Tub. Over all it was a great place and we had a great stay. :)

We were visiting the area for a camp reunion. We had 5 adults and 1, 1 year old. It was very comfortable for all of us. We did not use the hot tub, or any of the outdoor amenities, just not enough time. The house is very close to town and the mountains to hike. We did have breakfast at the unit every morning and it was completely stocked with any equipment you might need. This is our second time renting this unit and we would do it again. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

We had the best time at Colleen's place. She was so accommodating and quick to respond to any questions I had. The place fit us perfectly and was spacious enough to have separation from our teenagers... lol. The location was central to everything and so easy to get wherever you wanted to go. I would highly recommend renting this unit, I know we will definitely be back. Thanks Colleen for sharing your home with us.

Great condo. The owner Colleen was very accessible. Condo's location was very close to center of town and close to all the attractions. We had three families and we all had our own space. Highly recommended this property.

This is the 3rd time we’ve rented this property for an annual golf trip and the accommodations are always great. Enough space for everyone to be comfortable, great location and the fact that there is air conditioning is a welcomed bonus, especially this year when everyday was in the 90’s.

Great location! Multi level house had lots of space and everything we needed. Inside was clean and casual and beds were comfortable. Hot tub had not been serviced but the owner was very responsive about getting it taken care of. It suited our needs well!

The property and location was phenomenal! 10 minutes from Story Land, Diana's Bath, Cathedral Ledge and much more! More beds than needed but that's never a bad thing. Lots of stairs but that didn't bother us either, just gave everyone their own space. And the hottub in the back was a huge plus! Will hopfully be staying here again in the near future!

Simply Wonderful
This condo was amazing and had everything we needed for our weekend on the Saco! Our kids loved exploring the woods, the hot tub gave us a little treat at the end of a long day and the kids had so many things to play with! The home was very comfortable, including all the beds! Thanks for sharing it with us!

Great long weekend!
Perfect location. Great size. Plenty of room to space out with the 2 separate living rooms! Everything was there to cook with and plenty of seating. Hot tub was perfect for the end of the day to relax. We had teenage boys and was nice to have the other area for them to hang out. Coffee was great on the front porch to get the day going. Only wish we stayed a few more days! Thank you Colleen.

Foliage Getaway
Property was centrally located in Conway which made day trips very easy. The 4 floors of the property were very clean and it had everything we needed. Only disappointment was the hot tub was not useable. We reported it and they scheduled maintenance for it.

This property was just the right size for two families. Hot tub was nice and relaxing after a day of hiking. Very close to town and restaurants. North Conway scenic train is fun! Great shopping down town.

Nice for adults and older children
Checkin process was easy, easy to communicate with owner except weren’t told lockbox was broken and came home one day to a new box so it must have been a know issue. Not great for little kids with all the stairs and levels. Very narrow stairs. One adult and two children fell down the stairs in our week there. The location is great but there was construction at the end of the driveway the week we were there. Not the owners fault but inconvenient. All amenities included which was helpful. Would be a prefect spot for all adults or older children with no mobility issues. The kids found a used bandaid and empty soda cans in the toy box.

Colleen is the best she answers all of your questions. The house has so much to enjoy the hot tub, lots of games downstairs for the kids and multiple bedrooms. We had a perfect vacation.

Nice ski resort condo attached to one other condo. The house was very spacious and could comfortably fit a large group and in my case it was very nice for just the two of us. Great place to relax. The place has plenty of space - we didn't end up using the bottom floor. The unit next door was a bit loud the first night but they checked out and it was perfect after that.

Perfect getaway spot!
Secured this gem spot one month prior to our trip! The accommodations and location couldn’t have been better. Colleen was a text away and even checked in to make sure things were going smoothly! Despite a little rain, we didn’t let that get us down! Plenty of room in this unit. Enjoyed the hot tub one night in the rain! Diana’s bath was amazing and we are already talking about our next trip back!

Great Location
We've stayed at this condo before and love many aspects of it. It's very roomy (4 floors), 4 decks, plenty of beds, everything you need in the kitchen and it was very clean. We love the location and that it's quiet and mostly private (only one other condo adjoined to it). We also liked the fact that you're allowed to get rid of your trash on site. If you like being close to Cranmore Mountain, then this is your place, we walked to Cranmore and then some. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to our friends and family.

Great spot in the woods!
Absolutely loved this spot. Very close to cranmore mountain. House is very well stocked with kitchen things and with toys/games. Very clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful stay. Also Colleen was a dream to communicate with. Hopefully we will be back again.

Fantastic family weekend
We had a fantastic time staying here! We were a group of 6 adults (2 parents, 3 adult children, one spouse) and the house layout and rooms were perfect. The house was very clean and I felt completely comfortable staying here during COVID. We would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic home
We had a lovely time here. The property minutes away from shopping and the town center, and not far from popular spots to swim in the area. The house was clean and they provided everything we needed and more. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and a dog but we never felt crowded or on top of each other. There was plenty of space, lots of toys available for the kids to play with, and we got to relax in the hot tub at the end of long days. Colleen answered all my questions, and checked in on us during our stay to make sure we didn't have any issues getting there or getting in.
We would absolutely recommend staying with Colleen and would be happy to stay again in the future.

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home. We felt it was nicer than expected. Everything was clean and exactly as described. The owner was easy to work with and very responsive to emails before and after booking. We loved our stay and would love to return again. Thanks for helping make the process a smooth one. Well worth repeat visit
We stayed here last summer and had a great time, we enjoyed it even more this year. With covid concerns, it was great to have a place with our own private hot tub as opposed to sharing one at a resort. There's a lot of living space her and all of it was so clean! My adult daughter really enjoyed the lowest level, with a whole extra living room and fridge, and walk out to the hot tub. The kitchen is great. Colleen was eaily accessible by text. There are several little balconies and decks, for sipping coffee in the morning and stargazing at night. The laundry area is as clean as the rest of the house, with new washer and dryer. The only downside is that there are alot of stairs, if stairs are a problem for you. If stairs are NOT a problem for you , the layoout of this house reallly gives everyone their own space. This was our second visit and it won't be our last.
