We are a group of old friends with spouses and kids (6 adults, 4 kids ages 8-10) and this house was the perfect fit for us! The downstairs was a finished basement with a queen bedroom, 3 twin beds and plenty of space for them to hang out. The adults had plenty of room on the 1st and 2nd floors with 3 bedrooms. Beautiful house, clean, fenced yard for the pup. Only a few minutes from town. We hope to stay again!

The place we stayed was clean and nicely updated. There was plenty of room for us ( there was 8 of us) and room for more. Check in was a breeze . Owner was quick to respond when we had a question. Would definitely stay there again.

Awesome home. Very clean. Nice large tv in Living room. Very large fenced in backyard that my two babies (dogs) Brady & Gisele enjoyed immensely. Just a really nice home to rent. It makes you feel like you are still home while on vacation. I would highly recommend this lovely home to anyone considering a New Hampshire vacation.

We loved staying here! Location was great. We loved the fenced in back yard! Our dog loved it too. The fire pit was back there as well. So our pup could be out there while we had s'mores. We would definitely stay here again.

Me and my friends had an excellent time here at this property. It’s exactly what is described and didn’t disappoint. The area is fantastic for all types of fun whether you like hiking, swimming, shopping etc. I highly recommend. Property manager was a great communicator! 5 stars!

We went with our two adult daughters and our dogs . It was great having the yard, and there was plenty of room for everyone - lots of bedrooms , baths and hot water . Kitchen stocked well.

The house was perfect and had so much room . It was tucked away in a very private area but location was perfect and not far from activities, lake, shopping etc . Jim was very responsive and such a nice surprise walking in to our welcome “goodie bags” he supplied. Highly recommend this rental

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The house is fully equipped with every amenity you may need while away (including air fryer/ninja coffee maker). The beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for all guests. We enjoyed the deck and fire pit every night (plenty of firewood). Lots of games and toys. We have a 2 year old and there was even a little minnie mouse table for her. So close to downtown, echo lake, dianas bath. We can't wait to come back next year with our family! Owner quick to respond to any needs we had! Thank you so much!!

The house was wonderful, it met all our needs. It is beautifully decorated and very clean.The house is located near all attractions. We had a great time visiting NH (hiking, swimming, shopping). I highly recommend this house. I hope to rent for a winter ski weekend.

This house is perfect for everyone. Fenced in yard is great for the kids!! Firepit in front yard is good for when kids go to bed !! The location was perfect!! All in all there were 6 adults, a tween, two toddlers and a baby at the house during our stay. We arrived to very sweet welcome gifts and an extremely clean house. We had plenty of space and could have slept many more than we had if necessary. The house is setup beautifully and is tastefully decorated. The things in the house that seemed expensive were easy enough to move out of the path of the kids. The outdoor space is amazing for playing with the kids and the fire pit was terrific. The basketball hoop got plenty of use by the tween and adults. More firewood is provided by the owner than can possibly be used during one vacation. The house is located extremely close to downtown North Conway and yet far enough away that it feels woodsy and private. We all wished we had booked for a couple of extra nights during our trip but are already planning our next stay as soon as we can coordinate vacation schedules. Jim was helpful and a great communicator before and after our trip. I would 100% recommend this house to anyone who needs a nice play to stay with plenty of sleeping space close to the busy part of North Conway but with still plenty of space to spread out.

The house was great! It accommodated 2 families with plenty of space. Jim was responsive when we reached out to him and he communicated with me during our stay regarding plowing and snow blowing. Excellent communication and excellent property! Highly recommend! Kids had a blast in the yard building an igloo.
