Der Gulf Tower 1B befindet sich am 1051 West Beach Boulevard und ist eine Wohnung in der unteren Etage mit zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern, atemberaubendem Blick auf den Strand und Zugang. Dieses Gerät enthält Queen-Size-Betten in der Master-und Gästesuite. Ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer bietet zusätzlichen Platz für Gäste und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Wohnung, haben Sie den Komfort und die Annehmlichkeiten von zu Hause, während Sie weg sind. Dieses Gerät verfügt über zwei Fernseher und einen Videorecorder. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The unit was comfortable and in a great location, with the beach essentially serving as the backyard. There were a few small traces of sand inside, but that is understandable for a beachfront property.Having a pool connected to the complex was extremely convenient. We also appreciated the outdoor shower station, which made it easy to rinse the sand off before heading into the pool after spending time at the beach. On-site security was another nice feature and gave us additional peace of mind during our stay.There were only a couple of disappointments. We requested that a light bulb be replaced, but maintenance never arrived. We were also unable to access the fitness center, which appeared to include a treadmill and a few light dumbbells.Despite those minor issues, we had a very enjoyable experience and would recommend the property to others looking for a convenient beachfront vacation rental.

We loved 1B! I want to reply to some of the negative reviews: we went to spend time on the beach, not the condo. It was well equipped with everything we needed. It was very clean when we arrived, but then we don’t look to find things wrong either. The hot water and tubs not draining- the amount of water that came out of the shower heads was crazy strong! The tubs drain could not possibly keep up with that amount of water, which is why they don’t drain properly. This is also the reason hot water ran out quickly. We adjusted the water temp so that it would last longer. Bender’s were very nice and responsive if we needed anything also. We would definitely stay there again!

The comforters were stained and while clean looked dirtyalso extra blankets and bedding was stored on the floor in the closet instead of the empty top shelf We love this condo however it could use some general updates The furniture used to match however now it just looks like random pieces from thrift and goodwill stores we would stay here again but it needs to have some upgrades

The condo was fair. Floors were dirty. Bathtub drain was slow and filled up while showering. Location was good. But will not stay at Gulf Towers 1B again. There has to be a better condo in the area for the price. Owners could spend a little money and make it more comfortable.
