We arrived and there were two BFA fighting in the parking lot. They carried on from one side of the building to the other.
The rooms were old Extended Stay rooms that had Suite name tag added to the name. Definitely not suite quality.

The staff is very pleased and professional
I know it’s out of your control but someone had allowed there dog to poop in the entrance hallway by the elevator and outside the back door and didn’t clean it up leaving it for your staff and I don’t think that’s fair

The staff were pleasant, the rooms have useful features like a kitchenette with a full fridge, microwave and cooktop. The location is also convenient with grocery stores, restaurants and bus routes within walking distance.
There were some concerning issues during my stay including an unexpected charge at check-in that wasn't clearly explained, the room not being properly cleaned before arrival and basic items like towels missing at check-in. I also noticed a security issue with a broken door latch.
There's limited front desk availability and less predictability than you'd expect with a hotel.
