We came for a concert at the Vibrant. This hotel worked out perfectly. We enjoyed the river view, and used the river walk a couple of times. We definitely would book here again!

Great location for a concert that was close by. Also to visit a relative. Helpful staff, and super clean. Seems to be a newer property in an area that appears to be getting repurposed. Either way, close to the river where you can walk or ride your bike. Getting anywhere in the Quad Cities is pretty easy too. Loved it overall!

The river view was spectacular!

The checkin was quick but when I got to the room I noticed something strange on the throw pillows on the pullout couch looked as if could have been ejaculation or maybe smears of some kind. Either way was NOT happy with that. Also when it was time for bed and pulled the couch bed out the sheets were NOT clean, had a crumbled up dirty piece of paper on the mattress along with K9 hair. Overall was Disappointed in my stay.

Our pool heater was broken. No fun swimming in a cold pool in February

Loved the property, clean and safe however it is 20 minutes away from our office.

Nice newer hotel but terrible water pressure.

Maybe we just had bad luck with our first room, but we had multiple issues. Neither phone worked so we made two trips downstairs when things kept popping up. It looked dirty, the floor in the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned. The shower gel was empty and when the very nice woman from the desk came to change it, she replaced the shampoo accidentally. The pull out couch was uncomfortable and my husband said he would take it because he’s used to camping in a tent but his feet hung off of it. There wasn’t any extra blankets for it. No hair dryer in the room. The toilet was not flushing well and getting a plunged was the second trip that night. We asked to switch rooms and they said nothing was available. It was Christmas Eve but we did not see nearly enough people to see full and there were no conferences or anything. The next day, I rinsed something in the kitchenette sink and it immediately backed up. The disposal did not work. They let us switch rooms after that but said we could only go in the exact same type of room. My husband ended up sleeping on the couch rather than turning it into the pullout bed. The breakfast had a lot of options but nothing was very good (dry eggs, dry hard waffles). The second room was much better. It looked cleaner and was better supplied (hair dryer, kitchen towels, etc). The fire alarm went off that night which wasn’t the hotels fault but still not fun at 1030. It was hard to hear and my in laws didn’t even notice it in their room.

It’s a great, comfortable, very nice place! However, I was traveling. The hotel website and a phone call to confirm stated both restaurants were open and serving food until 10pm. I arrived at 9:05 and was in my room by 9:10. My room was directly next to the lounge on the 9th floor. I dropped my bags and popped in, to be turned away with not even an apology. I hopped on the elevator to the ground level to the bar/restaurant, now it’s 9:25, went to the bar, ordered a drink and requested a menu, gave it a quick glance and chose to order a pizza, and was told the pizza oven was off but I could order something from the frier. I was hungry and disappointed. I called ahead and could have stopped somewhere else along the way had I known they weren’t really open until 10.

The hotel was very clean.

Check in was fine and lots of parking but there was hair on our sheets, the refrigerator didn’t work, and there was no coffee or cups in the room. Staff person came up to help us move to an adjoining room that was a 1-bedroom suite and upgraded it for free. One of the tvs did not work but otherwise clean and nice kitchen.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past because I frequently have to come to the quad cities to visit family. However this time it seems that housekeeping is not really doing a good job at cleaning. The pull out sofa had no bedding in the room nor any pillows. Also there was a whole bag of chip crumbs and pieces underneath the cushions and all over the mattress. The floor had appeared to not be vacuumed in quite some time. Also the people at check in were not friendly and seemed to be inconvenienced by doing their job checking me in. Also there was no pool towels

This is a new property with friendly staff and great food options. The room was super quiet and very clean. Parking lot is well lit and beautiful view of the river. Highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay and the size of the Queen suite was wonderful as was the view of the river!

We ate at your restaurant for two evenings, first day was great second day you didn't have pizza dough, had to get my own silverware, salt and pepper. Poorly managed.

I loved the view from the River Room on the 9th Floor. It's a room where all the walls are glass, overlooking down both directions of the Mississippi River at the bend of it. You can hangout there and food and beverages are available. However, the rooms are not very clean... My last stay here, I found condom wrappers in the bed...M&M's in the couch... Dirty socks and 2 teeth on the floor! Not yet up to part with the expense.
