One of the most professional group of staffs we have ever met. From our arrival till departure, all our requirements were fulfilled with utmost best and personally we can say the team went beyond our expectations. Surely, we wait impatiently to visit them again soon. :)

Nill

The apartment was very clean, well maintained and had all the facilities we needed for a comfortable family stay. The location was also very convenient. A special mention to the reception staff, who were friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome. We stayed with my parents and our toddler, and it worked really well for all of us. Our little one especially enjoyed the stay.

Nothing. We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Cleanliness, safety and proximity to the hospital were key factors in deciding where to stay in Kochi. Castilo easily exceeded all my expectations. It’s an ideal place to stay especially when travelling with family. I love that each apartment comes with a kitchen and laundry area. This is my second stay and it always feels like home away from home. The staff are welcoming and friendly, always ready to assist with anything. It’s also in a very prime location. It takes around 8-10 mins by uber to go to Lulu International Shopping mall and around 20 mins to go to Aster Medcity Hospital. I will definitely be choosing Castilo for all my future stays in Kochi. I highly recommend this apartment hotel for anyone visiting this city.
