exceptional and helpful staff. location excellent. spacious and always attentive and if needed anything they provide it. We were with kids and always very attentive. our time in India was made stress free because of the helpfulnesses of the staff at the property.

There is nothing to not like about the property. As if we needed anything it was provided to us.

Excellent stay - truly "home" stay. The geniality of the staff at all times just makes this place even more welcoming. We stayed three nights - impeccable support for everything. Well furnished comfortable apartment. Food has to be sourced ourselves but the staff at Casa Allay is more than willing to assist.

Water bottles - two 500ml bottles are complimentary per day. For a 2BHK with 4 residents that's a little too less :). No complaints but worth a thought.

Room was spacious, and well maintained. Staff were of good support

The shower was not clearly marked hot and cold, and the switch for the water heater was tough to figure

The staff were extremely hospitable. The rooms were tidy and the apartment is well maintained. We had a really peaceful stay and we are looking forward to staying there again.

The property is excellent very clean, bright and confortable. Of note why this place is excellent its because of the hosts Madhav, Adarsh and the manager Bobby. They really go the extra mile to ensure you are safe and confortable. One of my child contracted the COVID and they did everything to ensure that we had a smooth transition while checking out to go to another quarantine hotel.

Property well located inside the city but very easy access to entire Kochi from many road options . it’s clean , perfect hygiene particularly at the time of pandemic so that we as a guests are safe . Good amenities as listed and maintained it with highest degree of quality and cleanliness. Staff are very courteous and attentive to even our smallest concern . I will give a perfect thumbs up because u stayed with my children .
