Location is wonderful the view is beautiful.

The shower was not clean had hair all over the furniture need up dating and the whole apartment need up dating they need a better parking system. And set up it cost to much for the condition it is in not what I expected it to be not worth the money.

I absolutely loved the location of this spacious condo. 2nd floor was perfect. We didn't have any issues having to wait for an elevator (we mainly used the stairs since it was so convenient) and access to our car was easy. The condo was a little outdated and the beds & pillows weren't the best (I suggest bringing your own because the pillows were flat) but the beach and pool made up for it. I had an issue with the bedroom tv and the owner came right away and resolved the problem. The condo was quiet at night which was much appreciated. Overall, a great experience!

Cons - I didn't like the beds or pillows. It would've been nice if there had been beach chairs left in the condo for guests to use. I wished the facility had a hot tub but that wasn't the owner's fault.

Proximity to the ocean.

I didn't like meeting someone with a black backpack and a wad of cash in the hallway outside my room. Also - the check in process was not clear at all - I didn't only have to check in with this person, I also had to check in and register with the actual building and pay several deposits in a strange office in the back service area of the building. Sketchy to say the least. The apartment is in dire need of some updating and fresh paint. Most of the furniture is cheap and appears 2nd hand with quite a bit of wear and tear. Master bedroom AC barely works and the bathroom reminded me of a locker room. Spend the extra $100 and stay at the Hyde!
