Ich bin der Jan Dorwarth, bin Deutscher und lebe seit über 25 Jahren in Orlando and besitze 2 Ferienwohnungen(Objekt Nr 2069780 + 504312). Ich verwalte und putze meine beiden Fewos. selber und die Kommunikation per Deutsch oder Englisch + whatsapp ist ganz einfach bei mir. Kein Teppich, nur Fliesen, keine Haustiere oder Rauchen gestattet. Perfekt für Allergiker. Diese luxuriöse moderne komplett renovierte 95 qm Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 Badezimmern + Terrasse + WLAN ist inmitten eines ruhigen tropischen Resorts mit 24 hr Security. Ventura Country Club ist eine geschlosse ruhige Wohnanlage inmitten einer tropischen Atmosphäre. Geniessen Sie einen Cocktail an einem der beiden erfrischenden Pools. Andere Freizeitangebote wären der Tennis/Golfplatz, elegantes Clubhaus mit eigenem Restaurant und Bar, Jogging Wege, Fitness Center, grosser See, Grillen, Kinder Spielplatz, Basketball, 24h-Security und vielem mehr. Keine Reinigungsgebühr, keine Resort Gebühren und free Parking !!! Keinerlei weitere Kosten. All incl. !!!! Ich habe für meine Gäste einen Ordner zusammengestellt mit Empfehlungen von Restaurants in der Nähe wie auch Supermärkte, Apotheken, Aldi, Walmart, Krankenhäuser und Ärzte. Es ist für alles gesorgt. Da ich nur 5 Minuten von Ventura entfernt wohne und schon seit 25 Jahren in Orlando wohne kann ich Ihnen gute Tips über Orlando und die Themenparks geben. Dieses Ferienapartment wurde komplett total renoviert. Eingerichtet mit edlen Möbeln und einem sehr modernen Wohnstil. Die Badezimmer wurden auch renoviert mit Granit und sehr geschmackvollen Fliesen.Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein LCD Flat TV + Wohnzimmer(3TV's), gratis schnelles WLAN-WIFI und vieles mehr.

Great location not far from airport. Felt very safe here, security controlled complex. Condo was cleaned to a high standard on arrival, and has everything you would need for a stay here. We didnt spend too much time in the condo or use any of the facilties such as the pool as we were out all day every day. The condo is on the ground floor with an allocated parking spot. There was no noise what so ever from neighbours above or to the side. Everything we used - the dishwasher, washing machine, oven etc were all in good working order. Beds were clean and comfortable. Shower & bath were both clean and lots of clean towels were available. Great accomadtion for a small family and the owner Jan was very welcoming and friendly. Wouldnt hesitate to return here if we came to Florida again.

We have just returned from a very enjoyable 6 week visit to this lovely apartment. The apartment was just as described in the advertisement. It was very clean on arrival and is very well equipped and comfortable. It really has all the amenities you could need for a great stay , from the well equipped kitchen , laundry facilities and comfortable beds and seating. The location of the apartment is excellent with access to a very nearby pool exclusively for residents of this local neighbourhood of Willowpointe (most days we were the only ones using this pool) as well as a larger pool and restaurant at the "19th hole" of the golf clubhouse. The golf course of the Ventura estate is a well cared for local course at reasonable rates ( you will get residents discount as a guest here) and friendly and helpful staff.
Our host Jan was extremely helpful and communication was excellent from our initial enquiry through to the end of our stay.
I would certainly recommend this apartment and wouldnt hesitate to come back again myself in the future.

The condo was easy to find and in a great location. The gated community made us feel safe. The condo was very clean, had all the comforts of home and detailed messaged were left for us to answer any questions. Jan was also very helpful and readily available to address any additional questions. We would definitely stay there again!

I have been coming to Ventura CC every March with golf buddies for the last 6 years. This condo is my favorite and I hope it will be available next year too. Clean, comfortable, everything you need. Jan ‘s a wonderful host, check in and check out simple. See you next year Jan!

Back home for some vacations days in Orlando, we were pleased to find the place super clean and upgraded since last year. It has been the same since our first stay here 6 or 7 years ago. This gated community the condo is a part of it, is really a safe place with guards patrolling 24 h a day and Police Officers watching for safety and speeding ....
Parking our car in front of our door is a plus, easy contact and fast reacting owner makes our stay enjoyable . The condo is perfectly situated at 20 mn driving car from the Mall at Millenia or Winter Park historic center. Public, CVS and Walmart are at a few minutes distance.

This was the best vacation rental we have stayed in. It was clean, spacious, and lots of amenities. We enjoyed the pools and daily walks in the gated community. This condo location gave us easy access to everything! We also enjoyed the individualized parking spot for the condo. We highly recommend Jan and his condo. He was a very gracious host!

This place is safe, comfortable, and very well located with all the necessities. Absolutely what was expected based on photos. The host was a generous host and made sure my friends had a fantastic stay in Orlando.

Once again this is an excellent property. This was our 4th time staying and the condo continues improvements each year. It is always super clean and the owner is quickly available for any needs. The location is great as you are near all attractions.
Also downtown Orlando and quaint Winter Park are nearby.

For work, I have traveled to 8 different states in the last year. This property has far surpassed any others I have stayed in during my monthly travels. The condo was the very clean and spacious and came with my own designated parking space. I felt very safe running around the neighborhood. I hope to return some day!

OUR STAY IN ORLANDO
As expected from our previous experience with Jan, this modern condo in VENTURA GOLF COUNTRY CLUB is a clean and well maintained place.
Even if all has been already written here in the comments by different customers, we have to confirm that everything is simply true : the description and reviews, the nice location in a safe area guarded H24, and the confortable place this condo represent for a pleasant stay in ORLANDO.
A perfect place for golf and shopping, close to the airport and downtown, but in a quiet location.
Jan is easy to reach by cell, mail or WhatsApp if you need something, and always try to do his best….. but don't forget if you rent this unit or another one here he could offer you in VENTURA, that there is everything, from super coffee machine to GPS or hairdryer , facial cream or soap, including TV, phone and WI-FI, so you can travel with a light suitcase ….
We already booked for next year ... so the evidence we are totally satisfied, and can highly recommend to rent this condo.

Our dream vacation in Orlando, FL
Everything was EXCELLENT. Very clean condo with plenty of amenities. Super owner!! He stopped by on the second day of our stay and enjoyed a Persian lunch with us. Jan is a good hard working man; wish him success and happiness in life.

great condo within a gated golf resort
Excellent property on the ground floor of a 2 story building. Walk to the golf course, clubhouse and pool. Condo has all you need and then some to allow you to move in and stay comfortably. It has 2B/R 2 Baths Lanai and 3 TVs . You are close to all theme parks and plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping nearby. Great location for a enjoyable vacation and owner is very responsive to any questions or needs.

This is perfect place for my and me wife
When we arrived we found the condo clean and ready for us.
The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The guards at the front gate were friendly and helpful.
We did have good communication with Jan.
We will be back and we will consider staying here again.

Perfect home away from home
This was the perfect place for my daughter and I to call home while we chased the roller coasters in Orlando. The condo is located about 30 minutes from both Disney World and Universal.
When we arrived we found the condo clean and ready for us. We loved the many character stuffies throughout the unit. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, including some basic spice and seasoning.
We found the complex well maintained. The guards at the front gate were friendly and helpful - there was never any trouble coming and going. There was ample parking and the neighbors were quiet.
We had no issues working with Jan. He provided a great instruction package that made it easy to find the condo and get settled in. We never got a chance to meet Jan in person, but he was only an email away if I had a question.
If we are back in Orlando, we would consider staying here again if it was available.

Clean, affordable and has everything you need
The owner of this condo was super accommodating, he responded to all questions and made our stay extremely comfortable. The condo was clean as described and was well stocked with everything a family would need for their vacation stay. It was nice to have the little things such as, laundry soap, basic spices for cooking and soap in the bathrooms ( many condos do not supply any of these just to mention a few). I would recommend this condo to anyone and we will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Orlando
