Callahan's Mountain Lodge

Excellent breakfast. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff.

Need more bedside or table USB Ports / Charging Hubs Had to ask for body wash in the shower, only shampoo. Was told it is not usually added to the room we stayed in. Not acceptable. Never experienced in hotels before. Was given a nice shampoo/body wash afterwards.

Staff is always friendly and amazing. Prices are good. Rooms are great. Food and drinks are also great. I try to stay here a few times a month.

Loved everything. That's why I keep coming back. Keep up the amazing work and thank you all!

The location has a wonderful view, the restaurant is amazing, and the room was cozy. Staff was very friendly and available.

Some of the furniture could use an update but it was such a pleasant stay

The location is beautiful and very close to Ashland. The desk staff were all very friendly and tried to be helpful as best they could.

The room was dusty like it had not been used or deep cleaned in some time. The shampoo dispenser was empty and the small bottle of conditioner was partially empty like it had been used. The bed springs made loud noises with any movement during sleep. Overall just dingy. The property has recently been acquired by a new owner who is implementing changes that resulted in our stay not including breakfast which was part of the booking. We got a $9 coupon to use in the dinning room which did of course did not cover any of the menu items. Finally the WiFi was out the entire 3 days of our stay which was another amenity not available during our stay. Definitely a bummer overall because we were really looking forward to the unique setting and experience that the location should offer.
