Great location and home. Owner was extremely helpful and courteous.

We enjoyed the property. Plenty of space and beds were comfortable. It's about 10 minutes from activities at Broadway at the beach. Bathrooms are little dated with no full showers but overall it met our families needs for a short stay.

I would definitely recommend this property. Very clean great location. Wasn’t really fond of the 3 vehicle parking but we made it work. This visit was for a car show. Thanks again

Super easy and great value

We came from Wisconsin for a beach vacation and this was a great place to do it. We didn't rent a car, which made getting food and whatnot difficult the first night we were there, but after exploring a bit more it was totally doable. We were able to explore the city as a whole easily with ride sharing and could take a stroll to the beach in minutes. Great trip!

Clean, spacious rooms, kitchen well stocked. Was very comfortable and CLEAN. Host very friendly and accessible. Did I mention, for a vacation rental was VERY CLEAN.

Loved the house an location was perfect, clean an kept up nice. April the property owner was very communicative, answered any questions we had in a very timely manner. Only complaint an has nothing to do with this property, there is a new owner of a different property when you first pull in an she is a very unpleasant individual l. She complained an called the cops for us an fellow neighbors for playing Cornhole after dinner, even Myrtle Beach PD laughed about it. Other then that which didn't bother me none, would definitely stay here again an plan to next year in September.

April was a great host. She accommodated us greatly with an early check in and even went to the property prior to our arrival to make sure everything was in order. Her communication during the stay was great. Location was centralized and very close to the beach. The property held all 8 of us spaciously. Would recommend to anyone and would 100% stay at this property again!

This property was a perfect location to the beach and pool!! I loved sitting on the balcony at night!! Kitchen was well equip. I loved the fact that the house had a personal shower outside to rinse the beach sand off. April was amazing and very informative. I wish the beds were a little bigger in the master bedrooms, but other than that we had plenty of room. I will use this property again in the future. Property is well kept.

Location to beach is amazing! Kinda far from the boardwalk but a quick Uber ride away! This was a all girls trip so Our plans mostly involved the beach so it was fantastic! Loved the amount of rooms and bathrooms. April is an AMAZING HOST! Very accommodating and responsive! Property could use a deep cleaning meaning ceiling fans, mirrors, washer and shower curtains could all be cleaned better well but other than that there needs to be a good sweeping after every guest because you do bring in a lot of sand we ended up sweeping when we got there but definitely tracked in more sand. There’s lots of towels and beach items provided if needed. Nice quiet place to stay. I would book it again!

The home is in a perfect location, walking distance from the beach. The weather was perfect! We spent days on the beach and return to the home and sit on the deck. The home is also a perfect location from the strip, close enough yet far enough from the chaos. Home fully stocked. April was a great host! Her communication was prompt and helpful. Would definitely consider staying again if we return!

Location was perfect for us

April was very helpful and the house was perfect for us.

This is the place you have to stay for your beach trip. Its home away from home.

The property is just as advertised online. Fairly new house with plenty of room for our part of 8 (4 adults, 4 teens). Public beach is right across road. April was very easy to communicate with and check-in/check-out procedures were very detailed (send via text/app). Code for door/entry is sent on day of check-in, so owner is not on-site. Would definitely rent this space again.

We absolutely loved the home, location and closeness to the beach. We literally just had to walk across the street and were able to set up our umbrella and enjoy. This home is only ten minutes to Broadway on The Beach and the pier downtown. Shops, restaurants, entertainment is all very very close. We will be staying here again and can’t wait to make it a longer trip. April was very kind and the house was clean with plenty of space for all of us to enjoy.

I really enjoyed my stay. The kids loved it. Everything was right in the area. Even had a chance to visit the outlets. Would definitely use this property again. Everything was clean and very nice.
