Unser Haus liegt in der Johnson Ranch Community in der Nähe der San Tan Mountains. Dieses 1.789 Quadratmeter große Haus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer (eines der Schlafzimmer ist in ein Wohn- / Fernsehzimmer umgewandelt), zwei Badezimmer und eine Waschküche. Es verfügt sogar über ein eigenes Putting Green. Es befindet sich direkt neben dem Abschlagfeld des Golf Club in Johnson Ranch. Es besteht also keine Gefahr, dass Golfbälle auf Ihr Grundstück gelangen. Verbringen Sie einige Zeit in unserem komfortablen Rückzugsort.

This was our first time doing a long term rental and this house suited our needs very well. With the master on one end of house and the other rooms at the other end it worked out great. The family room and open kitchen dining made gathering in one room easy too. We very much enjoyed our stay and the owners responded right away if we had questions or any issues!

Steve was great at meeting our needs. Broke my hip before our trip and requested a hand held shower. Steve went out and bought a real nice had held shower it was great. Steve also went out and bought a nice power recliner for us to use. Great host. Enjoyed the place. Real nice. Thank you Steve. Ben

Shad was super easy to work with and very responsive to questions. The home was very clean, nicely decorated and well kept, with all the items required for your stay. The home was relaxing and quiet, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Of a fun note, every Monday evening an ice cream truck comes around the neighborhood selling all sorts of goodies which made for a fun, take-you-back kind of experience. If we are ever going to be in this area again, this is the place I would choose to be.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Nice location on the golf course, and everything you need was in the house, even a gas grill outside. Beds were very comfortable. The negatives: dish washer is really noisy, living room furniture could use an upgrade.
Overall, though, a very nice place to stay. We would come back again.
