Shawn’s house was fantastic! He is a wonderful host—very communicative and accommodating throughout our stay. The location was perfect for us, especially since my kids live in San Tan Valley. The home itself is very spacious, with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, which made it incredibly comfortable. As someone who enjoys cooking to save money on dining out, I really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and propane grill—it had everything we needed. The heated pool was a standout feature—so relaxing and peaceful. It really added to the overall experience.I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend Shawn’s place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

Beautiful back yard pool very private and sunny but the pool bottom requires maintenance. Big home good for two couples or one family.Use of garage was also nice. Shawn very responsive great host. Thanks

The house was nice. The refrigerator wasn't working properly. The pool was great because it is heated. The kitchen could use a small table or island for preparing food Because of the properties location and heavy traffic, getting to venues and activities was time consuming and difficult.
