We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The home was everything we had hoped for and more. This was our first VRBO experience, and the communication with the owners made it super easy. The home was very clean and well maintained. The outdoor amenities were wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

We only had to reach out to owner for 2 minor questions but he responded within minutes of our text question. Home is lovely and will miss the pool outdoor area! Home has every amenity plus that you’ll need. Check out kitchen b4 grocery shopping! You’ll be happily surprised what is already there. Was only .7 miles from pickle ball courts which we used almost every day. Very nice group that was friendly and welcoming. Will stay again if in that area!

The house was everything they described it to be. It was beautiful!!! The pool and backyard area were so relaxing and it was everything we could have asked for and so much more!

What you see is what you get! A spacious floor plan, a beautiful perfect sized pool, and a neighborhood close to everything!
The master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house from the two other bedrooms which made it nice not to wisper when the kids weren’t sleeping!
The pool had a basketball hoop that my boys played for hours long!
Even though it was 113* everyday we still made it in the hot tub daily and every evening!
Walmart was 5 minutes down the road for an easy grocery stop - the kitchen provided everything we needed for cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner!
San Tan Flats was just minutes away to enjoy live music and enjoy some amazing food with misters all around you!
This was a great location, great pool, and amazing hosts that checked in and made sure everything was going alright!

It was a wonderful property. Quiet and relaxing. The pool was just the right size. The kitchen is extremely well stock with everything you could need. The hosts are courteous and prompt in their responses.
The only downside was the flooring, although it appears very new, it is "noisy" when walking on it.
All in all, it was a fabulous choice

The house is amazing. The owners were very kind and made sure to contact us regularly and as needed. The pictures dont do this house justice. The pool and hotub were so nice and enjoyable, we didnt need to go to the community pool. Rooms were clean and spacious. Living room and dining room were nice to relax, eat and play games. Home owners provide many games and books to read, i taught my grandma, aunt, and uncle how to play sequence. We had a blast! If the opportunity comes back up and we can reserve this house there would be no hesitation.

This house fit our goal perfect. We needed a place close to our son and grandson as well as a place where they could come visit and be comfortable. Although July/Aug. isn't the ideal time to be in this area, the pool did give us an opportunity to be outside. The pool water was somewhat warm, but still nice after my runs in the morning, and for us to enjoy with the family. We loved the house itself. Everything we needed was there and available to use. We had a very nice 2 1/2 week stay. Thank you!!!!

The house was just as described. You will get Exactly what you see in the pictures, and more. This house felt like " home away from home." Bradley was very responsive, he answered every text message that I sent him within 1 hr or less. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place. The pool was amazing. A little smiller than I thought, but it was great for a family of 4 and few guest! The neighborhood felt safe, family vibe, and close to restaurants, gas station, and a Walmart. I appreciate the number of clean towels provided. The kitchen had enough dishes, and appliances for our 1-week-stay. They also had few cold drinks un the Frige and a variety of seasoning bottles for cooking. The Arizona heat kept the pool always warm, so that was something we needed to adjust, but it was nice to go in the pool late night. Overall, I highly recommend Bradley's place!

The house was perfect for a relaxing vacation. The location was convenient with supermarket less than 5 minute drive and even a Walmart. Everything in the house was clean and well-stocked. Information regarding house rules and details were provided in a binder and with signage throughout the property. The pool and hot tub were awesome, and the backyard privacy was great. The garage even had lots of pool noodles and floats available for use. Bradley was super responsive and a pleasure to rent from. I highly recommend booking this house! Super-easy and great experience from start to finish.

We were in Arizona visiting friends, and this place was perfect. The pool stopped us from melting in the Arizona heat. The living room was cozy, and it was perfect for us to hang out. The kitchen had everything we needed. Brad was communicative, helpful, and kind. We're already talking about coming back with our kids!

Everything you could ever want
We had an absolute amazing stay in this property. It’s handy to all the usual local amenities. My son and I spent hours in the pool playing basketball whilst my wife watched on from the sun loungers.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone that is considering it.
