We stayed 1 week in early January. Property was very clean, quiet neighborhood and great location. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping just a short drive. Communication with home owner was quick and he was very friendly. Pool was heated and hot tub was fabulous. If you are a golfer, its right on the golf course! Would stay again.

We stayed 6 nights and didn’t really want to leave. Wade is an absolute pleasure to work with. With our flights so early in the morning checkin/checkout were seamless. The home was ready to go for us and the pool was warm. Awesome!. I would recommend this property with the highest regard.

A great location if you want to get away and relax. The pool and hot tub were great. Backyard is a golf course. Neighborhood is very quiet. One thing to know, there is a grocery store and fast-food restaurants close by, but sit-down restaurants are 20 minutes away. I would stay here again if I am back in the area.

We came out to meet our grandson, who had just been born, and decided to stay in the same neighborhood we did last time we visited. We found this house, and it was. perfect. The house is well laid out, and the pool was perfect. Having access to the garage was a definite plus. The online description of the home was spot on. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

Our host is first rate and is prompt in communicating with you even for the most simply things.
The location of the property is convenient for every thing especially shopping for food or for medicine refills if needed or even for sightseeing. I wholeheartedly and without reservations recommend this property as it will be your Home Away from Home and more.

Great stay. If we had any questions the Host texted us right back. Beds are very comfortable, place is very clean & the backyard has a beautiful pool & jacuzzi. Nice view of golf course. We would stay again.

Wade was responsive and easy to deal with throughout our stay. The house looks even better in real life and the pool and hot tub were meticulously maintained. The yard is fabulous, right on the golf course. Safe neighborhood, excellent location close to amenities! Community pools are an added bonus but the backyard pool is just SO amazing. We were really surprised once we walked into the home, it is incredibly beautiful and tastefully decorated. We were very comfortable in this home. The pool is spectacular and we wish we weren't so busy to enjoy the pool more than we did. Home was nice, tidy and very clean. We highly recommend this home to others and communication with the owners was super pleasant. If it could rate this a 10 star I would because it should have a 10 star rating!

Home was very clean and wade was available if we had any questions. He even checked in on us on our first night via text to assure our stay was as expected. This would be our ideal place to stay anytime we come to Phoenix.

Holes in bath and pool towels, mismatched, sheets were pilly and master bedroom had no comforter on the bed. We later found the comforter in the dryer.. property is generally clean, but could use a little refreshing throughout . The garbage cans in the garage were completely full and smelled, obviously not emptied in over two weeks. Something the cleaning crew should have addressed, especially if there was a gap between rentals.
