Dieses charmante, geräumige (2400 SF) Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 1/2 Bädern ist eine wunderbare Kombination aus klassischem Catalina-Charme und unglaublichem Meerblick. Über dem Tuna Club an der Ecke Crescent und Maiden Lane gelegen, sind Sie in der Nähe von allem, was Sie brauchen ... einschließlich des Ozeans. Neue Teppiche, Farben und Geräte im Jahr 2012 und neue Wohnzimmermöbel im Jahr 2013. Das Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem Bad und das 2. Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem Halbbad befinden sich auf der oberen Wohnebene. Die 2. Master Suite mit Kingsize-Bett und Bad befindet sich auf der unteren Ebene und verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang. Es gibt zwei 42-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher mit Blu Ray DVD-Playern sowie WIFI, aber wer braucht Technologie, wenn Sie sich einfach zurücklehnen und die Aussicht genießen möchten!

View is incredible, exactly as expected. Host was accommodating and responsive. Kitchen had everything needed for our stay.

The view from the front balcony and living room was beyond spectacular!!! 8 adults sat comfortably on the balcony with a birds eye view of the July 4th festivities, including the harbor dinghy parade and the fireworks. The house was clean, with a slight musty odor. Seating in the living room easily accommodated our group, with newer comfy couches and swivel seats so all seats can take in the view. The bedrooms were comfortable, with two showers, two toilets and three sinks/counters.Our issues were a quirky TV connection, a table lamp in the living room had a cut cord, the power reclining couch was not connected, and the hot water took over 15 minutes to heat, and then you had a choice between almost scalding or cold. Very difficult to regulate. It was well stocked with beach chairs, toys, and games. Overall a great place to enjoy Catalina!

Great view and perfect location, but that’s where the good stops. This is not a 3 bed 3 bath as advertised. It’s a 3 bed 2.5 bath with one of the bedrooms and bathrooms only accessible from the outside. “Private entrance” means it does not connect to the rest of the house unless you walk outside and up a flight of stairs. I thought private entrance meant it had a side door that also went to the outside of the house, not that it was a stand alone basement unit. With children traveling with us, this became an issue. Also, upstairs (the main living) had only one shower which wouldn’t turn on, leaving the only shower downstairs. We had to leave the main living quarters and go outside to go use the standalone bedroom/bathroom combo to shower. Lastly, the sink and dishwasher started leaking while we were there. I reported the issue but never heard back. Although the view was great, I will not be staying here again.
