The fact that the swimming pool was not working

The apartment was fresh, modern and clean. Felt very safe with all the security and the location was perfect.

We were very disappointed about the pool and roof terrace being under construction as we weren't told prior to our stay. We would have loved to have watched the sunset over the ocean and enjoyed a swim.

Self catering. Close to the ocean and seapoint swimming pool. Modern appartment Nice comfortable beds. Linnen good quality Two bathrooms. Very safe.

Swimmingpool on the roof was being repaired Bath in second bathroom not a shower. The whole block of flats was without hot water for 36 hours. But they did repair that before we left

Location is perfect. Christopher (the host) was excellent. He made us feel very welcome when he handed over the keys and gave us some recommendations and do's and don't for our stay in Cape Town. The apartment is perfect, it is well equipped and modern. We had a car and the parking is easy and very safe. Overall I would recommend this apartment for anyone travelling to Cape Town

Property was comfortable. Met our needs for 2 nights. Nice touch that there's a washing machine and tumble drier.

People staying longer would need more equipment in the kitchen.
