The location is great and apartment neat and clean
Check in and check out is simple
The building is outdated and dingy
There is a smell in the small bedroom that made it difficult to be in that room

The location was great, close to the beach and local eateries and shops. Excellent quality linen
It needs a bit of tlc, peeling paint in the bathroom and some scuff marks. The aircon in the bedroom was noisy throughout the night

It was a neat clean apartment.
Really struggle with communication. Left messages on Booking.com & both the cell numbers provided. I called the numbers, nobody answered/press the red button. Charging R1000 per 15 min late check out fee is ridiculous even when arrangements were made. Struggle getting luggage across busy road to apartment. Not ideal to stay there with large amount of luggage(self catering) because you need to carry a lot of stuff over the busy road to the second floor.
