Que cambien las toallas a diario sin pedirlo ya que no es sostenible medioambientalmente

Super fijn appartement, zaten bovenin waardoor we een mooi uitzicht hadden. Personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en de ziggo dome zat op een halfuurtje lopen. Bed lag heerlijk en was een fijn bankje, ondanks dat deze een beetje doorgezakt was. Genoeg handdoeken en wc papier ook aanwezig en lekker kopje thee gehad in de ochtend. Was ook ontzettend stil in het appartement

Koffiezetapparaat was helaas lek waardoor in de ochtend al het water over de keuken heen ging. Dit moesten wij eerst opruimen. Voor het inrijden bij de parkeergarage is het niet erg breed als je een wat grotere auto hebt

Il soffitto della stanza non era terminato, mancava l'intonaco Doterei la stanza di fornelli a induzione (c'era solo il micro-onde). Il bar dell'Hotel chiude troppo presto la sera

Номер був комфортним,неймовірно чудовий інтерʼєр, у номері був холодильник в який багато що могло поміститись. Також була мікрохвильовка, посуд був на 4 персони, кава, чай, здивувало то що була навіть посудомийна машина😁

Habitación práctica y limpia en edificio separado del Hostel. Personal amable. La conexión al centro con metro es buena, hay que caminar 5-10’ hasta la parada.

Forma parte de un hostel, por lo que la parte de restauración no es muy apetecible. Como tal mucho trasiego de personas. No nos afectó al estar alojados en el módulo de suites separado del hostel. Teníamos una suite de luxe cuádruple y era un poco estrecha.

Beautiful and great location for shops and train station. Room was clean and amazing place to stay for the weekend.

The air conditioning didnt work right well, no mirror apart from bathroom.

Location was good for what we wanted to do in town.

Wifi being out for two days which I understand it could happen but when you pay $300 a night that is the bare minimum to expect to work.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the space is relaxed, comfortable and clean. The lines at reception were fast and check-in was quick and clear.

Albert Heijn supermarket if very close to grab a sandwich and coffee, so I don't think adding breakfast was good idea for what you get, but it might be helpful for stays in rooms without fridge or time in the morning.

Everything was perfect!

Very difficult to negotiate suitcases to the back building; general feel/attitudes of a hostel even though you booked the suites side. Asked for extra bedding, did not receive for over 24 hours

everything is good except we had mice coming in the night so we didn’t had proper sleep and they changed our room for last night

Comfortabel & clean

Everything was more than perfect. The receptionist was very friendly, explained everything in detail and even guided us to our room (separate building). After a few nights in our room we noticed that we didn't even hear a single noise from other rooms or people. It was a relaxing and quiet stay at Via. The interior of the rooms are in a beautiful red and black color combination and the bed was so comfy that we didn't even want to get up in the morning. Needless to say, the room service cleaned our room very quickly and thoroughly.

There was a strange noise like a vibrator in our bathroom all day and night. Nothing too loud that it was bothering but it was kind of odd. Maybe something needs to be fixed.
