Diese im Jahr 2016 erbaute Villa wurde 2017 von der European Holiday Home Association mit dem Preis für das beste Ferienhaus in Europa ausgezeichnet. Villa Vista bietet Platz für 6 Personen in drei Schlafzimmern mit eigenem Bad im ersten Stock. Das gesamte Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und eine voll ausgestattete offene Küche mit Essbereich. Seine einzigartige Lage und sein wunderschönes Design bieten einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die grünen Hügel Istriens und die Natur. Vom Schlafzimmer bis zur Küche wurde alles mit Sorgfalt und viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und dekoriert, damit Sie sich wohl und entspannt fühlen können. Sie werden den Außenbereich mit großer Hydromassage und Infinity-Pool lieben, in dem Sie sich entspannen und die atemberaubende Aussicht genießen können. Sie können köstliche Mahlzeiten für Ihre Freunde oder Familie auf dem Holzkohlegrill zubereiten und im Freien mit Blick auf die atemberaubende Natur speisen. Villa Vista ist klimatisiert, verfügt über WiFi, einen privaten Parkplatz für 4 Autos und bietet alles für einen angenehmen Urlaub in perfekter Lage.

If I ever dreamed of the best vacation, my imagination could never have created such a place as Villa Zamask. When you first step in this home it does not need an introduction and customization on the simplicity and purity of the shapes. The house does not want you to adapt to it but to be your own in its simplicity. A combination of wood, concrete and spatiality gives you warmth and direct connection to the nature you are surrounded. Sureness of the house and pitoresque landscape makes you feel satisfaction in every respect. Whether you are alone or with the dear people in this house you enjoy, not wanting to leave because it provides the peace of body and mind.

The moment we laid eye on this villa, we fell in love with it! The architectural details are remarkable! The panoramic views are mesmerizing and the surrounding scenery is stunning! The Istrian landscape can be appreciated from multiple vantage points from the villa to the infinity pool. Indeed a peaceful, tranquil sanctuary to get away from everyday life and reconnect with family and friends.
If you prefer cooking, there is a beautiful vegetable garden on the property. The owner provides his home-produced olive oil, a real treat! If you prefer to order food, the owner makes it easy. Arrangements can be made for meals to be delivered or prepared in the villa.
The location of the villa provides a multitude of activities including truffle hunting, wine/olive oil tastings, mountain biking, hiking and a twenty minute ride to the Adriatic Sea.
Our friends and family look forward to returning to this incredible retreat!

My family of four really enjoyed staying in this luxury super stylish villa, exqusitely designed with amazing panoramic views. It surpasses the photos online and it is literally breath taking when you arrive and see the location. It combines the best in modern design with being in a beautiful place and the owner has stocked it with everything needed to make for a relaxing stay. It's 5 star facilities make it like being in a hotel but with extra privacy and peace. We relaxed totally and didn't want to leave at the end of our week. This is a stand out villa which I'd highly recommend.
