Very noisy in the morning with pigeons jumping on the roof. Also when windy the overhanging trees banged on the roof and windows.

Great location, safe, spacious, all the things you need in a property supplied, staff respond very quickly, lovely open fire, comfy beds with heated blankets for winter.

Nothing. Only recommend if you want to use parking space have a small car although street parking is easy off season.

The apartment is central and safe surrounded by lovely shops and restaurants. The apartment is beautifully decorated with everything a person would need, very well maintained.

A full back up system with load shedding would be great, to be able to watch TV during load shedding

Big apartment and plenty of space and good facilities. Owners are friendly and communicate well.

Compared to photos on Booking.com, the apartment is "tired" - needs a new 3 piece suite. Apartment is in a small square with two restaurants and there is music blaring out till very late at night - if you want peace and quiet or any early night, this is not the place for you! Booking.com shows an external balcony and sitting area - there isn't one!!! There is no Dstv for sports coverage or any other TV channels. I streamed films from my smartphone from Netflix - no other options and as I follow sport, the lack of Dstv is a big minus - most other places have Dstv! Also, there is no power backup, except for the Internet, during power cuts (5 per day and quite often in the evening, so you can't watch TV. Power cuts are not the responsibility of the owner, but backup facilities are (e.g. a power supply for TV would allow streaming during evening power cuts/load shedding).. I had to pick the keys up from another property that, on a busy main road, was difficult to find - the reason for this that the key Dropbox outside the apartment is too small and the gate remote control will not fit in - change the Dropbox to avoid customer in convenience is the answer!

Wonderful apartment, beautifully decorated in a perfect location. Little touches from the hosts such as tea, coffee and biscuits being available were much appreciated. Comfortable beds and everything was sparkling clean.

This is nitpicking as everything was wonderful but the photo online which shows the exterior of a building with a balcony is not No.6. It’s the view from the window of No. 6, so we were a bit disappointed not to have a balcony to sit out on.
