Location was near the airport. The property was cozy and clean.
Check in was rough. Need to register at the counter and we had to wait for the staff to get us checked in (tho we only waited for a few mins) and the property is not easily found (the tower number is not clear) in waze.

Die Lage am Terminal 3 war für uns praktisch.
Der Fußweg vom Terminal zum Empfang ist viel länger als beschrieben. Man benötigt mindestens 15 Minuten zu Fuß.

I like how perfect the location was for us as we had to fly through NAIA T3. The host was very responsive in all queries through Booking.com App as well. The property was clean and the security was good. They've got all you need in the property as well like cooking stuff, washing machine, iron and ironing board, fridge, microwave, etc. It was a perfect place especially if you needed a longer place to stay in the city!
The aircon unit was the only issue as you cannot put it lower than 24 otherwise it will start to leak. Although it was still functional and okay, it wasn't ideal.

Excellent location comfortable and clean.
Service lacked at the concierge a little. But the team in the main entrance to the accommodation were excellent.
It was the back section that was poor.
