Great location to the beach. Condo was very clean and the perfect amount of space for my husband and myself along with our 2 dogs!

It was a great place to stay! Very comfortable and inviting! I didn’t realize I booked a studio and thought that was gonna be a problem for me and my three kids, but it turned out great! The Murphy bed and the couch bed were perfect! We enjoy our stay! And the fact that the beach access was included was even better because we got two chairs and an umbrella on the beach for free for renting this condo!

The management and office staff were really great but the unit itself was not at all what we expected based on the former reviews. It's not that we want to be negative but I feel that we need to be honest for others who consider renting this unit. First of all, it's a noisy unit with cars driving by right outside the unit all night long. The fan for the air conditioner/heater was also noisy. We didn't sleep at all the first night. The pull down bed was okay, although my husband thought it was not comfortable. The tiles throughout were cracked and discolored, the kitchen is extremely outdated and old looking, the couch was stained. The tub/shower is sunken, which makes it really difficult to get into. The location was good, other than the busy road, it's a quick walk across this road to the beach and it was really nice to have 2 chairs and an umbrella waiting for us there, which was included in the price. Honestly, for what we paid, once all of the fees and the additional $100 fee per dog (we had 2), we probably could have rented a much nicer hotel unit somewhere. Again, we don't mean to be negative, but want to be honest about what the unit really is for those who are expecting a more modern unit.
