Updated for a great vacation, this condo has plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family. The sofa folds out to a Queen sized bed to accommodate 2. The large flat screen TV is perfect to enjoy any college football games or late night movies. The adjacent dining area seats 4. The dining area is located perfectly to interact with anyone in the kitchen, living area, or the balcony. The kitchen is equipped with full sized appliances and all the cookware and dishes need to cook up a quick bite before heading to one of the five complex pools downstairs.
The bedroom offers a Queen sized bed, the condo to sleep 4 comfortably. The bathroom offers a combination tub/shower and a vanity sink area.
This condo is located on the second floor (no elevator, just stairs) and overlooks one of the community pools and the golf course.
Sandpiper Cove has plenty of amenities throughout the complex. Tennis courts, a 9-hole 3 par golf course, BBQ grills, five swimming pools, and coin laundry are all available for your use during your stay. The private Sandpiper Cove beach is located about a 10-12 minute walk away or there is parking on the beachside; spots do fill up quickly during the summer. This place is in a good location, convenient to the beach. It’s at the back of the community, so if you don’t like a longer walk, it’s a lot easier to drive. It’s hard to give an accurate review because everyone’s needs are different. If you just need a place to stay for a decent value, this will work. It was just as clean as other places, but those cleaning companies never touch blinds or high places. There’s always dust in the vents, etc, but that’s pretty standard for older places like this. The floors looked clean but they were very dirty. My kiddo had next level Walmart feet from walking around for just a few minutes, so we all just wore flip flops the whole time and it was fine. If you’re looking for extras like hairdryers or the random things the owners usually leave for use, there’s nothing. All the cabinets and drawers were completely empty, which was ok for us because we brought everything we needed. The bed was pretty comfy. My 6’2” husband and I slept on the pull out couch and our back didn’t start hurting until the last night, so definitely doable for a sleeper. If you’re looking for a heated pool, you will have to drive. The one right next to this unit was not heated. The kitchen was pretty well stocked if you do a lot of cooking. Overall, this was a decent place to stay if you don’t need a lot of amenities.

We've been going to Sandpiper Cove for over 20 years, and we love it. This place was perfect for our family of 4 ( 2 corgis). It was clean and well-stocked. Being right next to one of the pools was great! We would absolutely rent this again!

Enjoyed our stay and the amenities (beautiful private beach with chairs 5 min walk or drive if you want to take equipment, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard).Only complaint was the cooking skillets were not good at all and we did not use. the other pots and pans were nice. There was no ice trays in the freezer so we bought some and I hope the cleaning company left them for future guests.

I really didn’t want to be the one to not leave a good review however I feel like a few things need to be said given the price of the stay at this place. To start off the entire steps away back and forth when 2 people are walking up them you can see they have tried to repair them multiple times when in all reality they need replaced. The dryer does not vent out of the condo it blows hot air Right into the bedroom. The ceiling vents in the living room are covered in dust as well as the ceiling right where the vent blows out. Also the bathroom closet door covered in dust. So needless to say the cleaners do not worry about that kind of stuff. I don’t think I could spend my money here again.
