The location is great. Walking distance to vibrant Kampong Glam and only a few minutes by Grab to the major shops. A reasonable room size, and most of all, the friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms were thoughtfully designed and well planned, with sockets and light switches exactly where they should be, showers that don’t overflow, and well-lit mirrors that make getting ready and applying makeup easy. The bed was comfortable, with two types of pillows soft and firm. By the second day, I felt at home. I would like to specially mention two of your staff, Yii Ling and Faizel. You guys are lucky to have staff who are so proud of your hotel. When I checked in, I decided to stay for only two days, but after the first day, I felt so comfortable and at home that I stayed for the full four days. They also enrolled me as an IHG member, which I will now consider every time I travel.
