The view was amazing.

The food at Contis was below average.

Because of the construction going on the main entrance and obstructing it, I got confused if I got to the right place

Distance on tourist spots location was mostly nearby. I love the buffet breakfast they serve. Staff are all friendly.

Nothing much. But they have to pay more attention to the guest need/request even its a simple thing. For the guest that was already a big thing.

I love that your hotel and hotels’ pool is overlooking the Taal volcano and lake. It’s very amazing and picturesque view. I loved the room where we I can have a great or best view of the Taal Volcano. Plus a jacuzzi inside our toilet but it needs upgrading. Also, all your hotel staffs are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Worth the stay in your hotel.

I was just very disappointed about your set plate breakfast at Contis and has not much options like if I want cereals or just bread. I said it as I was expecting more from you. Again, watching the YouTube vlogger “Go with Mel” who posted their stay at your hotel just last April 2026. I saw that you had buffet breakfast and had loads of delicious options of food. That made me decide to book at your hotel. Also, I was not impressed with your gym. It’s not very accommodating and welcoming especially that your air conditioning is not working inside the room. It’s Like, I have not done any exercises and weights and yet I’m already sweating just getting inside the room. This is me being honest. You need to do something about this.
